As soon as I walked through the door at Naples Acura, I was greeted by Norman Johnston in a very professional manner. I explained that I was in the market for a new lease and had a few vehicles in mind. On was greeted by Norman Johnston in a very professional manner. I explained that I was in the market for a new lease and had a few vehicles in mind. One was the Acura RDX. He introduced me to a few of the vehicles, I really liked the RDX A-Spec. I took it for a test drive and decided that I really liked it. Norm went on to explain a lot about the vehicle and what it had to offer. We then sat down and went over the lease pricing for the car and were able to come to agreeable terms. Although I spent nearly four hours at the dealership to wrap everything up, it was a very enjoyable experience thanks to Norm and the rest of the staff that I dealt with. Additionally a deciding point for us was having the car delivered from Naples to Ft Lauderdale and Marvin did this himself meeting me when I flew into the airport and I signed the paperwork and got the keys right there.
