After a great deal of research and deciding on a fair price, I contacted many dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. Despite my after hours email Zack Fier Sales manager immediately responded and later reached o price, I contacted many dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. Despite my after hours email Zack Fier Sales manager immediately responded and later reached out to me. I picked Brand specialist Norman Johnston based on his impeccable Dealer Rater reviews and realized it was well deserved. Without any haggling or strong arming my fair offer was accepted.We drove e 100 miles to Naples to visit this lovely dealership. Very warm and friendly vibe at dealership. Greeted and within minutes I was test driving with Norman, no pressure and he took his time. Upon return he quickly got all paperwork done, contacted my Insurance company to get new car on policy. Zach the Sales manager also stopped by to introduce himself and thank us for our business. Very warm and friendly unlike all past car buying experiences. They gave me an itemized bill with all options to match my out of door pricing and no bogus add ons compared to other dealers in Florida. Final line item charge was few $$ less that my projections. They corrected me about taxes and plate transfer being a few $$ lesser than my numbers. Very refreshing and classy. I was sent to Marianne the F&I manager to handle the payment. Very friendly and great communicator, took her time and did not treat this like a job she had to do but a job she liked to do. She thoroughly explained all add ons and was very clear on the merits of each. No pressure at all and when I politely declined all options there was no battle unlike other dealerships. She stated If I changed my mind to contact her or my local Acura dealer. After the deal was completed. We returned to Norman and he took me to the new RDX and spent a great deal of time patiently explaining all the working of the electronics in the car. He suggested some of his favorite hacks to get things to work better. We were in and out in less than 2 hours for all the above. I left without the usual bitterness after visit a dealership knowing I was given a fair deal and treated very well. I cannot recommend Naples Acura enough. Norman Johnston is such a valuable asset to his dealership. This was our first experience with Acura of Naples and their top salesperson Francesca Fortin. As we pulled up to the dealership on a rainy Saturday afternoon several associates looked at us through the w their top salesperson Francesca Fortin. As we pulled up to the dealership on a rainy Saturday afternoon several associates looked at us through the windows of the dealership. Francesca grabbed an umbrella and met us at our car to escort us in, so we didn't get wet. She was an advocate for us and our needs from the start. When someone tried to buy the car we were looking at before we were done deciding she told us to take our time and that we were first in line. Her calm and kind demeanor made the whole process of buying a car that much more memorable. There was no big back and forth about price like you get at other dealerships. She took the time to explain every component of the car and its features to us and even buffed out a paint scuff herself. My wife and I were incredibly pleased with the whole experience. The Acura MDX is absolutely what we needed for our family vehicle. I would say that Acura of Naples will be our very first stop, the next time we are looking for a car. More

After my generally dismal (at times awful) experience in dealing with several dealerships and sales people across the country the last few weeks while ending up remotely purchasing my used BMW from Acura Na dealing with several dealerships and sales people across the country the last few weeks while ending up remotely purchasing my used BMW from Acura Naples, it came as a pleasant surprise to bump into an exceptional sales person like Francesca Fortin who immediately and precisely responded to all my specific questions, quickly entertained my sometimes crazy sounding car review and online test drive requests, kept me updated about the next steps in the purchase process, and took care of some requests I had about the car before flying in to pick it up. Kudos also to Acura Naples for not surprising me with unexpected fees and for quickly taking care of all the paperwork.
