Lots of paperwork, most dictated by the state. This was a cash deal: no financing. Marianne the closer offered add-ons but was not pushy. I declined all. Bob went over every aspect of the RDX: too much for me to remember in one visit, but that's on me, not him. My age, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and up front on features I most likely will not use. Thorough. I submitted the same request to the other SW FL Acura dealer and received a reply requesting I stop in so we could "talk about it". No thanks, just do what I ask if you are interested in my business.
