Car required major repair while under warranty. Took 2 weeks for Toyota to send parts from out of state to dealer. Service manager just short of rude when I questioned after 1 week as to what was g Took 2 weeks for Toyota to send parts from out of state to dealer. Service manager just short of rude when I questioned after 1 week as to what was going on after no communication from him. He implied I should just deal with it because “I gave you a loaner “ then pushed me off to the parts manager who was great- looked into what the problem was with delivery and communicated with me regularly. Customer service rep was also pleasant and helpful. I am giving serious thought to getting rid of this vehicle based on the repair required even though still under warranty. As long as I do own it any future work will be done at another Toyota dealership. Will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. General manager is constantly on TV and radio about selling cars, but never discusses anything about what will happen after the sale. Have heard many similar comments from other locals. More

I called NYE service as they were closing on a Thursday evening. My car was doing some strange things and I needed to drive 7 hours away on Monday morning. She got me in at 9AM the next morning and the br evening. My car was doing some strange things and I needed to drive 7 hours away on Monday morning. She got me in at 9AM the next morning and the breaks had a large build up on them. They took them apart, cleaned them thoroughly. I trust NYE. I have been a long time customer and I have faith in their integrity, honesty and their commitment to service. Thank you Judy for understanding my need in an unseen need. I was told that my tire would be able to be patched then was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was not patched at all and I had already been charged and l they put it in the back of my car. If I had not double checked I would have never noticed and been charged with a service that never was delivered. The customer should not have to verify a dealers work and then have to ask for a refund. Really embarrassing - I am hoping they will make it right after reading this as nothing was done for me at the dealer. More
