I had oil change and tire rotation and a recall…. a couple of days later a car was backing up in front of me and my horn didn’t work…called and they said..oh…they didn’t reconnect it after replacing t a couple of days later a car was backing up in front of me and my horn didn’t work…called and they said..oh…they didn’t reconnect it after replacing the part that was recalled…I had to take back and I live in Rome and had to adjust my schedule to take to Oneida…..very disappointed in that service More

I love this service department and the advisors that work there. Holly and Josh are stellar and immediately took care of me when my Tundra had a turbo malfunction and took me in and provided a rental for me there. All of my interactions with NYE Toyota have been positive. When I purchased my vehicles from them I was always treated with courtesy and respect by their friendly sales people.
