Nice salesman. Typical used car experience from a dealership. Slight tick in the motor after I got it home. Probably a lifter...but would have liked to have known thay before I purchased. I have a 2012 Jeep Compass. So around the 24th of June my vehicle broke down. I had a tow company pull my Jeep to My Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Naturally they advised me they would diagnose my Jeep and le vehicle broke down. I had a tow company pull my Jeep to My Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. Naturally they advised me they would diagnose my Jeep and let me know what needed to be done. So a week goes by, no call from them, I call about my Jeep, they advised me that I needed a crankshaft sensor. I told them I had Midas Muffler to fix that problem 2 months ago. They proceeded to tell me well Midas doesn't use factory direct replacement parts and they will fix my Jeep properly. So another 2 weeks later (now 3 weeks), I called them again and my Jeep is still not fixed. They advised me that it wasn't the crankshaft sensor thar I needed to have the pump ( power control module) absolutely needed to be replaced. I stated they had already had my vehicle for almost a month. They in return told me they had to order the p.c.m. from the factory and stated as soon as they received the factory p.c.m. my vehicle would be fixed and ready to be picked up on the 20th. So the 20th comes and no call from them. So I take cash in hand, drive there to pick up my Jeep. They advised me that my Jeep was not fixed and the p.c.m. replacement was on back order and my vehicle would not be fixed until August 20th. I naturally become more upset and stated they had my Jeep for a month now and now I was having to wait another month AND BEGGED them to find a p.c.m. to put in my Jeep. So imagine this they get online on their computer, find a p.c.m. in Texas and advised me my replacement part will be in about a week. I had to severely complain for them to go the extra mile to find a replacement part. So a week goes by, I called them ( again they didn't call me) and asked if my Jeep was fixed. They said my Jeep was fixed and driving fine. So I drive there, pay them $1,165.00, go outside, push the unlock button on my key fob and it doesn't unlock ( it worked before). I use the key itself, the alarm goes off (theft mode). I start my Jeep, turn on the air conditioner and the vent blows on defrost instead of direct air ( it worked fine before) my wife went back inside and advised them of the problem. They acted unprofessional and stated "We never touched the air." YES THEY DID, THE P.C.M. CONTROLS ALL ELECTRONICS. So now I have to fix 2 more problems (more $$$) that they messed up and stated its not their fault. My advise to anyone, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! More
