Appointments are made and when I bring my vehicle in the cost and the approximate time is given for the repair. She asks if I need a loaner vehicle or a ride somewhere. Mickala checks my vehicle history and informs me of any additional service needed. She keeps me informed on the status of the repair and when the work is completed. Pleasant, low pressure but knowledgeable experience I was having my previous Subaru serviced and inquired about pre owned Subaru's. Rob greeted me at the door when I entered. He was observant in that he noticed my previous car had a roof rack so he showed me cars with a roof rack without my even having to ask. He was helpful in explaining differences between my previous car and the one I ended up buying. He spent about an hour with me. I called back the next day with additional questions which he answered. He never called me and applied pressure to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. I called him about 3 days later to inquire if the car was still available; despite being busy that day as it was a Saturday, he took the time to answer additional questions and helped again. The day I took possession of the car he was on time and had the paperwork ready for me. It was a good, no pressure experience. More
