Honest, transparent and fair. No high-pressure tactics. I had such an awesome experience with AnDré Coffee and Subaru Muskegon. I actually had a bad experience at a Grand Rapids Subaru dealership. It was th I had such an awesome experience with AnDré Coffee and Subaru Muskegon. I actually had a bad experience at a Grand Rapids Subaru dealership. It was the end of the buying season for 2018 cars, and I felt like my salesman in Grand Rapids was using high-pressure, dishonest framing to get me to buy a 2019 instead of a 2018 Subaru. He made it seem like what was on the lot was it, and that if I didn't act fast, I might not even be able to get the 2019s I wanted because those could go fast, too. I went into it feeling excited to go car shopping, but left feeling financially stressed & bummed. So I gave Subaru Muskegon a call, and my experience couldn't have been more different. I got honest answers and competitive pricing. AnDré Coffee, my sales rep, found a 2018 car that met my needs and within a couple of days, I had my new Subaru secured. It worked out even better because the Powertrain Warranty they include is great, and not something included in Grand Rapids. I would highly recommend this dealership for its honesty, transparency, and willingness to do a little work to get someone the car they want. More

Excellent, friendly customer service Kevin Sackett is the Toyota Service advisor at My Auto Imports. Whenever I bring one of my 3 Toyota vehicles to Kevin I am greeted warmly and profess Kevin Sackett is the Toyota Service advisor at My Auto Imports. Whenever I bring one of my 3 Toyota vehicles to Kevin I am greeted warmly and professionally! Recently I had my 2004 Highlander in to be serviced for a "hum" in the left rear wheel. Kevin and the staff went "over and above" to identify and successfully repair the issue. I greatly appreciate the efforts of Kevin and the crew at My Auto Imports. I have been a customer of My Auto Imports for over 10 years, because of Kevin and the staff!!! They are all friendly and receptive. Thank you! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I have needed to replace my old Malibu for over a year but have been dreading everything that comes with buying a car, so I put it off. My car finally I have needed to replace my old Malibu for over a year but have been dreading everything that comes with buying a car, so I put it off. My car finally forced my hand and after some research I ended up at Subaru. Steve DeVries was very knowledgeable, helpful and super personable throughout the whole experience. I walked in dreading the pushy sales tactics and cheesy car guys and the fact that I never encountered either of those things is reason enough for me to only buy cars from here in the future. Everyone I encountered in the building was very friendly and helpful and I have already told many friends and family members about my awesome experience. More
