Rodger Harman at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Acura has worked with our family on the purchase of our last five vehicles. The dealership is clean, friendly, and professional. The service has been excellent nearly all of the time, and they have worked with me on items that should perhaps have been recalls but were not - that is the kind of support that brings customers back. We recently purchased a new Honda, but used Rodger as our primary resource; he directed us to St. Louis Honda where we were treated well. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated warmly like a guest in the Mungenast home. I have always hated shopping for and buying a car because of having to deal with the salesperson. I visited a few dealerships the week before coming to St. Louis Acura and had my feelings confirmed. Customer service was lacking and the high pressure sales pitch was still alive and well. And as a 59 year old woman, I don't appreciate being addressed as "sweetie". John was recommended to me, and I will highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car. He went "above and beyond" in customer service to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase from beginning to end. Josh was also very nice to speak with. He worked hard to make sure my monthly payments were within my budget. Even though I wasn't making a huge purchase in comparison to others, he made me feel like I was just as important. And thank you to the lady who greets you at the front door, offers you water and a seat, and makes sure you are waited on in a timely fashion. More

Everyone at the dealership, from the showroom receptionist to the salesperson to the finance officer, were very friendly and accomodating. Great experience buying our new MDX from Scott. This is our second car with Scott at this dealership, and we just cant' say enough good things about the experience! We were able to negotiate the price quic our second car with Scott at this dealership, and we just cant' say enough good things about the experience! We were able to negotiate the price quickly with very limited hassle. The service department took care of my other Acura while we were there and completed the service ahead of time, as usual. We also like the fact that there is never a hassle to get us a loaner car whenever we need one. More

I had intended to "just look". I own a 2004 MDX, love it, has 165,000 miles...such a great car. I had looked at Cad., GMC, even Range Rover....just didnt like the feel. So, I found myself on the lot, lo it, has 165,000 miles...such a great car. I had looked at Cad., GMC, even Range Rover....just didnt like the feel. So, I found myself on the lot, looking at my new old friend. Jacek was awesome. Without pressure, he welcomed me, offered to tell me as much or as little as I needed to know about the 2010 MDX......made me realize I was HOME and it was time to take home another baby LOL! I have had the car for 2 weeks and all I can say is I am glad I happened to just look that day. More

My sales person, Terry Kuelker, had recently worked with my daughter and son-in-law and sold them a vehicle, and they recommended Terry based upon their very positive experience. I also had purchased an Ac my daughter and son-in-law and sold them a vehicle, and they recommended Terry based upon their very positive experience. I also had purchased an Acura from Terry several years ago and also had a very positive experience. Terry was very informative in explaining the features of the MDX and RDX vehicles, and the comparison between the these two vehicles that I was considering. There was no sales pressure to buy any vehicle. The Finance person, Roy Ross, explained all the various options for extended warranties and the special financing offered by the manufacturer. The whole experience was pleasant, informative, and professional. More
