I really enjoyed the team that I worked with. I never felt pressured, but was guided by Steve into the options best available for me. (I was assured by staff that it would be handled each time) Again, very minor issue, but disappointing nevertheless. Per Edmunds.com the price was at the high end of the range, but I was also offered a reasonable trade value on my car without having to haggle. Other dealers I visited prior to purchasing low balled me on the trade value to the point of being ridiculous. I felt Dave Mungenast St. Louis Acura was fair in their offer. My experience was positive starting with my very first visit to St. Louis Acura. And it finished even more positively, with a fantastic vehicle purchase. Alicia Botsch was introduced to me as my sales representative. She immediately worked to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me in a new car purchase. She ultimately had a car that matched my needs perfectly, and she did a great job of explaining what a great car it is. When it came time to negotiate a price, the process was respectful and productive. I think the dealership gave me a very fair price. The delivery process was painless, and follow up has been great. (I've only had the car for five days.) Any questions I've had so far (because the car is a technological marvel) have been answered promptly and accurately. I love the car, had a great experience with my salesperson and the dealership, and would recommend all three heartily! More

Steve was a fantastic salesman. I hadn't intended to actually buy the MDX that day. I just wanted to see what they had to offer. He didn't pressure me with " this offer is only good for 1 week..etc.." actually buy the MDX that day. I just wanted to see what they had to offer.
