Todd was terrific to work with! I was able to take the pre-owned car that I was looking at overnight. That really helped me decide that I wanted that type of car(I was also looking at a BMW and Mercedes) pre-owned car that I was looking at overnight. This was our second Acura purchase experience with St. Louis Acura. Our former sales person was promoted and thought that Karsten would be a good fit for us during this process; He was. We were close to the Subaru outback and Toyota highlander but she kept coming back to the Acura RDX. Karsten was extraordinary in all of the above except for pricing; someone above him controlled that. Nevertheless, the price was good enough for us to except and make the deal. From the moment I met my salesperson, Steve Mizulski, I was made to feel as comfortable as possible with the entire car buying process.
