He was extremely patient with us as we made our decision. As we were starting to really dive in to the numbers with James, the people who had a down payment on the Acura we test drove came in and bought it. We were warned this was a possibility but wanted to take our chance at getting this beautiful car! James apologized numerous times and found us the same car, same year, less mileage but a little more expensive. He knew what we wanted to spend so he took the situation to his manager and they both decided to drop the price of this car to match the original car. It was a deal we could not pass up! We noticed a chip in the windshield and asked for it to be filled in. James again took the situation to his manager and they decided they would not fill the chip, but replace the entire windshield free of charge. We have never felt so taken care of at a car dealership. It was a wonderful, pleasant and even fun experience working with James and the people of Mungenast Acura.
