Excellent Customer Service I assisted my daughter with the purchased of a pre-owned Acura. I am very familiar with the dealership having purchased vehicles there and regularly I assisted my daughter with the purchased of a pre-owned Acura. I have purchased many cars over the years and from the salesman to the sales manager, finance, greeters, service technicians, everyone was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and just made the experience easy. There was absolutely no pressure to even buy a car. I had options of leasing and buying fully explained to me and my wife and we got the keys and looked inside every car we wanted to. As I said I've bought a lot of cars over the last 25 years and I liked the experience so much that I bought another one 30 days after the first. I had the chance to buy the second car I wanted at another dealer, sooner, but did not want to take a chance of having a bad experience. Normally I wouldn't have my car serviced at the dealer I bought it at but this is definitely the exception. I actually look forward to returning to see everyone there. More

John Biermann was so friendly & made me feel at ease and there was no pressure what so ever. I was so happy with my first Acura & they gave me a great deal on a lease so I went for it! They let me take the finance paperwork home to fill out & fax in also. It was all very convenient & hassle free! The whole experience was fabulous! I can say that their service department is great also! They want to make sure you are happy and are very customer friendly! They called me to schedule my car tutorial right away & John called me to see if I had any questions or concerns a day after I picked up the car.
