I have taken my car to their service department for every single maintenance need since then and have always been treated with respect and fairness. At each visit the service staff performs a detailed inspection of my car, but they never suggest any unnecessary repairs. They are very good about alerting me to anything that needs immediate attention, but they also let me know about less urgent issues that don't need to be handled right away, and that goes a long way toward earning my trust. When I needed a new SUV for my fiancée, of course I visited Mungenast. She test drove the 2016 MDX and fell in love with it. Ryan and Brad allowed us plenty of time to test drive the SUV and went over all of the differences between it and the RDX. We were offered a fair price for trade-in of my Lexus convertible (they made quite a few phone calls and even showed me some recent auction prices to explain how they arrived at their bid). The overall experience has been nothing short of exemplary. More
