A Professional Experience This was my second car purchased from Mungenast Acura -- This was also my second time working with salesman Karsten Becker. I asked for Karsten when I arrived this time -- he again proved to be very very knowledgeable about all the accessories (this is what I was most interested in), what was new, how to use them. I liked that he did not have to hem and haw to look up some feature. He clearly works hard at preparing for customers. If I ever am looking for another Acura I'd certainly approach Karsten. I didn't deal much with other employees. During and after the sale I received numerous letters letting me know how valuable I was to the dealership. I like that there are several "Tech People" who are available now and in the future to help me learn the ins and outs of the GPS, how the GPS works with Bluetooth, and other tech problems that befuddle me. More
