On August 21, 2015, I purchased a 2015 RDX with a trade in of my 2005 MDX. Jacek was there for me again. He is very helpful and caring about his customer's needs. I liked that he did not have to hem and haw to look up some feature. He clearly works hard at preparing for customers. If I ever am looking for another Acura I'd certainly approach Karsten. I didn't deal much with other employees. During and after the sale I received numerous letters letting me know how valuable I was to the dealership. I like that there are several "Tech People" who are available now and in the future to help me learn the ins and outs of the GPS, how the GPS works with Bluetooth, and other tech problems that befuddle me.
