Jason our Salesman was outstanding, he never pressured us and wanted to make sure the car was exactly what we were looking for.The car was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Regarding the price we paid I feel we got a fair deal on the vehicle, it was below market but they did not give it away. I highly recommend this dealership and will check in with them the next time I am in the market for another vehicle. More

They Stand Behind Their Used Cars Like No-one Else My son and I recently went shopping for his very first car. He saved up for two years, and wanted to pay cash. He fell in love with a 2008 Honda Civ My son and I recently went shopping for his very first car. He saved up for two years, and wanted to pay cash. He fell in love with a 2008 Honda Civic that had just come into the dealership. Jacek Kedzierski gave us a plate, offered to answer any questions, and handed us the keys. His only request: Please have it back by closing. We drove the car for an hour. We went over that thing with a fine tooth comb. We drove back, and presented Jacek with a short list of minor complaints; there were a couple of scuffs on one door, there were a couple of scratches on the dash, etc. We countered with a fairly low offer, and Jacek met us well more than half way. The negotiation took less than two minutes, and my son was thrilled to have purchased his very first car. Fast forward 5 days. My son gets in the car when the thermometer read 91 degrees, and guess what? The A/C blows hot air. We check everything, but there is no doubt in our mind - this is going to be one expensive repair. I called Jacek, and I told him about the problem. He asked me to bring the car back ASAP. And I did. The next morning, the service department calls and told us our car was fixed, and it was being washed and vacuumed. I swallowed hard on my way to the dealership preparing a negotiating tactic for the inevitable tussle over how much we should pay. I knew that a bad A/C clutch and coil would be very pricey, so I was ready for the bad news.... Except there was no bad news! The service rep apologized for the problem, and he handed me an invoice that said "$0.00" at the bottom. I was so shocked that I could not speak for several seconds. All I could do was thank him, shake his hand, and get into my son's frigid car. Now THAT"S how you treat customers so they will come back again and again. I would be absolutely crazy to buy a car from someone else. More

Dave Davis is your man! My family has been shopping for an Acura MDX for over a year. I have searched dealer auctions across the nation, every Acura dealer in Saint Louis, a My family has been shopping for an Acura MDX for over a year. I have searched dealer auctions across the nation, every Acura dealer in Saint Louis, and the big guys who sell everything. My experience with St. Louis dealers has been full of dim witted, over priced, and aggressive dealers (who have been in the business for less than a year!). I mentioned that I was looking for an MDX at a kids pool party and was instantly informed by two customers that Dave Davis at Mungenast was the one to call. One couple said that they had a 2002 MDX with almost 300k on it, and Dave put them in a new one (that they will use for the next 15 years). Another said that they had bought their 3rd Acura with Dave and that he was the guy, and Mungenast was the place to go. So I headed their advice, and let me tell you, their compliments came up well short. Dave Davis IS THE MAN, and I (my 15 year old daughter) is looking at an Acura for a car now. I will be the one at the pool parties spouting this man's name, and I look forward to those in earshot calling me and telling me of their positive experiences. More

Our salesperson was Andrew Cohen and he took my call earlier in the afternoon and was incredibly helpful via phone. After deciding to return to Acura and superior quality (just put to rest "the beast" our 1998 Acura RL with 288,000 miles) the experience with Andrew at Mungenast was such a pleasure. I don't tend to do well with high pressure and they were NOT!! Andrew was super cool and relaxed but confident and knowledgeable, it was like dealing with family...really!!! He put us in a 2008 MDX, and I am in love with it! The financing department was quick and got us the best interest rate going, not to mention the desktop computer pad that I wanted to take home. I promise you... even though Acura is a high end automobile, the staff, especially Andrew is humble and down to earth, not what I expected. Thanks Andrew, really.... zero anxiety!
