Outstanding Service My wife and I were looking for an Acura RDX. While we were on the Mungenast St. Louis Acura lot looking at the vehicles that were available, Jacek int My wife and I were looking for an Acura RDX. While we were on the Mungenast St. Louis Acura lot looking at the vehicles that were available, Jacek introduced himself and proceeded to answer all of our questions. He also provided detailed information on each vehicle in which we were interested. Jacek was never pushy, but very informative, which translated, to us, that he knew the product. We thanked Jacek and went home to discuss the options on the vehicles we wanted to test drive. After visiting several other dealers and sales people, we felt that Jacek was the one who was listening to us and what we were looking for. He did not try to change our choice. Some of the other sales people we dealt with seemed detached and others wanted to sell the product they had in stock and got a little too pushy for our comfort. We returned later to Mungenast to test drive the two vehicles we had decided to checkout. After deciding on the vehicle we wanted, Jacek and the other staff members helped us thru the financing stage. We left that day with a great Acura RDX. We were extremely satisfied with the care and support given us by Jacek and the Mungenast team. We definitely recommend Jacek and Mungenast to anyone seriously looking for a new or used car. Excellence in all aspects! I went into the dealership and was greeted by my salesman Andrew Cohen. I felt i was given a fair price for my trade and was able to get in the vehicle I absolutely wanted with a a solid full warranty. I felt the dealership was the most honest I have ever bought a vehicle at. A few days after the sale I had to service the vehicle for some tpms sensors and once again I experienced an excellent encounter. The service department went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was fixed right, and I was offered a loaner vehicle. My salesman saw me in the service lobby and went and followed up with the vehicle. A few minutes later I was on my way with a nicely washed vehicle. Its little things like this that go along way with me and I will be back with my business again when its needed. More
