The experience is always first class and customer focused. The service department and Gul Kahn in particular is outstanding. I have cars of several makes/models (besides Acura's) serviced at the dealership that my family and I own. Gul takes the time to explain clearly any service that he recommends or is required and more importantly what is not needed and can wait. He communicates clearly and timely on status or if any unforeseen issues arrive. Make an appointment and ask for Gul as your Service Advisor. I assure you will be happy and return again and again. My third Acura from St. Louis Acura, always great experience I had been looking at switching from my TLX to an SUV. I was in no hurry since I loved my Acura sedan. Greg was very patient with me and never tried to push before I was ready. He was always there with helpful information and advice. I was looking at both the MDX and RDX, but the restyled and rejuvenated 2020 RDX was always my favorite. It was more or less on a whim that I finally decided I wanted to make the switch, even though Greg was on vacation with his family he still provided help and advice. And everyone else at the dealership treated me just as helpfully and carefully as Greg had. Richard, despite being newer, picked right up and treated me like I had been his client all along. There was even a small hiccup and even that was carefully taken care of and we were back on track with a deal in no time. And I have to mention my fantastic service adviser, Ryan. Without him and the service visits for the TLX, I may have been driving a Lexus now. Another great buying experience overall -- and as long as Acura keeps making great cars and Mungenast keeps providing this level of service, I see no reason to go any place else with my business. More

A Man of His Word I was not in the market to get a new RDX when I got a card in the mail stating I could be eligible for early turn in. With nothing to lose, I called Mungenast Acura and talked to Greg Raup. Greg took my vehicle details and called me back saying I not only could get a 2020 RDX but at a lower lease payment. The next day I met Greg and I test drove a new RDX and sure enough true to his word Greg got me a new car at a lower payment. What really sold me on Greg was that I told him I needed permanent Illinois license plates in a few weeks as I was driving to California. I know Greg went beyond the call of duty to make that happen. Thanks Greg for a great car buying experience. More

Undecided, I expanded my search and found the car(2019 Acura RDX) I was looking for at Mungenast. It's important to note, that I'm an out-of-state customer. Jason took the time to answer all my questions, as this was my first time traveling to buy a car. He guided me thru the entire process, ensuring all my needs were met. He was sure to check in with me if he sensed I was uncomfortable or hesitant about anything. He knew my finances were tight but that did not impact the way I was treated.
