Very good buying experience. I was not sure which specific car I wanted to get,but the friendliness,helpfulness, and most importantly speed at which Scott worked compared to other dealers that I visi specific car I wanted to get,but the friendliness,helpfulness, and most importantly speed at which Scott worked compared to other dealers that I visited helped seal the deal. First impressions and efficiency count for a lot in the sales process and I got both from Scott Turner. All done without being pushy. Scott even helped drive my car home. Thats what I call platinum service. More

I took my car into Dave Munganast initially because of a problem with the cruise control. When I first made the appointment, the service department was very accommodating to work around my job schedule. O problem with the cruise control. On the day of the appointment, I called to say it would be more convenient to bring in my car earlier in the day. Again, they were happy to accommodate me and switched my appointment. Jeff greeted me, took my information and got back to me with his recommendations and cost estimate in the time promised so that I didn't have to wait very long. He told me that a part had to be ordered but would arrive the next day. We talked about a convenient time for me to bring my car back for the repairs, and Jeff personally scheduled the follow-up appointment for me. Again, when I brought the car the next day he greeted me and was able to present my repaired car (washed and vacuumed) in the promised timeframe. He was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time and work schedule. He explained the cost to me, which was accurate. Top-notch service! More

St. Louis Acura is a first class organization and a pleasure to do business with. All went well until we wre checking out the cars finish during our scheduled pick up and found several imperfections to paint including 3 chips through the paint layer on the hood. Greg assures us, and wro during our scheduled pick up and found several imperfections to paint including 3 chips through the paint layer on the hood. Greg assures us, and wrote a we owe, that it will be repaired at a scheduled date to our satisfaction. We were dissapointed that these details were not found and taken care of or at least brought to our attention in the 4 days between purchase and pick up. Otherwise we were very happy with our experience and hope that this issue can be resolved with out a problem. More
