Andy was very helpful arranging test drives and handling the purchase transaction quickly. I've worked with Phil Chandler before and found him to be friendly, informative and simply top notch as a service rep. I had brought my car in for an emissions test on August 3. I noticed some wheelo noise friendly, informative and simply top notch as a service rep. I had brought my car in for an emissions test on August 3. I noticed some wheelo noise as I pulled out of our garage and their service rep that greeted me also noticed it. They found that my left rear brake caliper had "frozen" and worn the pads down to near metal - a serious safety issue. They took care of the problem and provided a loaner until my car was fixed later in the day. Nothing but praise for the folks at Dave Mungenast. However, I'm somewhat unhappy that the caliper pins on my 2006 Acura TL had frozen at only 68,000 miles / 4 years. It has never happened on any of the cars I have owned. Problems with the brake system and uneven tire wear have been somehwat excesive on this model and I trust that Acura has been made aware of the issues and corrected the problem on newer models. This is no reflection on the folks at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Acura -- they're competent and know how to treat their customer community. More
John was very easy to deal with, and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind as I went through the process of purchasing my certified preowned Acura. I had to take my Acura into the dealership due to a problem with a tire, and spoke to John about the process. He was very understanding and I felt that he was able to provide me with a fair resolution. I will definitely recommend this dealership - specifically John - to my friends. More

Service was great, quite fast and they went out of their way to make sure any coupons or discount would be applied, even an expired offer. After purchasing my 2005 MDX (Sales-Roger/Roy for finance) I took it back for 2 minor adjustments (Matt, John and Christina). Every touch with this dealership was incredible. The main reason I have rated the Dave Mungenast Acura dealership with all fives is, in a word, professionalism. I expected to be treated with respect and I did not want to be treated as an afterthought. Although my husband was with me, the car was going to be mine. Terry was super in that respect. He spoke to me directly, asking about my preferences, etc. There was no "game" going on; when I said no to something, we went on to the next item. The deals offered were more than fair and I got exactly what I wanted. I should also mention Josh, the business manager. He, too, respected the fact that the car was mine. The entire process was done in a professional manner. My questions were answered, and the followup has been great. Best of all, I love my new car. More
