Simply, they are very dishonest. They post a price for a car. Full MSRP, understood no problem I know there is a shortage of new cars so so be it. The dishonest part is the internet “lady” said the car I want won’t be in for about 5 or 6 weeks. Again, no problem but this “person” said the car is actually $3000 OVER MSRP. And there are also $2800 in dealer installed items. I said I don’t want the dealer installed items )running boards) I don’t like the way they look. Even though the car has not arrived at this dealer i would still have to pay for the AT THE DEALERSHIP INSTALLED ITEMS!! This is absolutely insane. Would definitely not purchase from these idiots More

Lance once again made our experience hassle free and painless. My husband almost kinda like went to a drive through to bring home his new RDX, his 3rd with this guy named “Lance” lol. This was the best car buying experience ever. The car exceeded my expectations by far. I came from out of state so I was very worried that my trip for a used car would be for nothing. Being someone that works on cars I expected to find something wrong that they didn’t include but the dealer was very up front about everything. Lance at the dealership was amazing he answered all of my calls and emails with fantastic speed. He also made my car buying experience super fun and energetic. He was also very very patient with all of my questions and meticulous checking of every inch of the car. Overall a 10/10 experience for sure, thank you Lance and Woodfield Acura! More

I just bought a 2016 Acura RDX on Saturday. I've been working on setting everything up and I come to realize that the Acura Link technology is going to be obsolete on this vehicle. In fact, the three mon working on setting everything up and I come to realize that the Acura Link technology is going to be obsolete on this vehicle. In fact, the three month trial will not even work as they move toward sunsetting the 3G technology. I understand technology advances and old technology fades away. However, NEVER during the purchase process did anyone disclose that the car was not currently working as it should and as you would expect. So, they looked up the issue, found that the new part was going to cost $1500 to repair and they decided to tell me they were not going to do anything to help. This car is supposedly "Certified" and I purchased an extended warranty that the finance person literally told me, and I quote, "This warranty covers everything!" Apparently "Certified" does not mean everything works as expected and a warranty that covers "Everything", actually does not cover everything. They could have just chosen to make it right but instead decided that $1500 was worth way more than keeping a customer. More
