Joe Urse immediately took steps to make sure it would not happen again to anyone else, took good care of us and even followed up with a call to us the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Although unfortunate problems sometimes occur its all about how you handle the problem and fix it. Thank you! The mechanic work is top notch and the dealership really cares about their customers. Sherry Worth is worth the trip to Urse Honda I brought my 2013 Acura ILX into Urse Honda to have the tire pressure light checked. I didn't even buy my car from Urse. I didn't know if Urse would help me but as soon as I pulled into the service lane, Sherry Worth approached me and I told her about the tire pressure light. No questions asked, Sherry had my car taken into the service area where they fixed the problem in record time. No hassles, no waiting and NO CHARGE. Wow. Bad sales Mgr & poor service like the Honda truck, loved J Urso sales man. The sales manager is an xxx. Almost tore up the check and tossed it at him. Remarked why he had not been like the Honda truck, loved J Urso sales man. The sales manager is an xxx. Almost tore up the check and tossed it at him. Remarked why he had not been fired yet? At 71 years don't need any more pain. Took truck in for sticker and oil change (4,300 miles) just to see if service was as bad as the sales Mgr. it was! 1 hour to change oil and put a sticker on the truck. They really should paint the windows in to the service area black so you cannot see how the employes move in slow motion or not at all. When they applied the new sticker they did not remove any of the old glue. Got to clean up around the sticker my self. The only good employee I dealt with was Chloe. More
