Not a great experience. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair the driver door lock which no longer worked with the key fob. An hour after dr I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair the driver door lock which no longer worked with the key fob. An hour after dropping it off, they called and told me it was ready. I asked about the problem with the door not locking. The service advisor said that everything was working properly. I told him to check again. Approximately five hours later they called back and said it was the actuator. They ordered an actuator which took another day. When they went to install the actuator, they said the problem was actually the wiring harness. It took another two days to order and install the harness. I was told parts and labor would cost around $400.00 for the harness. The cost was actually over $500.00. They also charged me an additional $24.00 in "shop fees." That makes no sense because all they did was an oil change, tire rotation, and wiring harness. How does that add up when they already charged me a separate cost for parts. We drove the vehicle home after five days and noticed a very bad vibration. We turned around and took it back and they said we needed the tires balanced. Why didn't they tell us that when they rotated the tires? We took it back Friday afternoon and it wasn't completed until Monday at 5pm. All we had done was a tire balance. So, not a great experience. Plus, it seems like that dealer always over-charges for labor costs based on past experiences. More

At my recent visit, there was some confusion about the purchased coverage for a wheel repair. Jordan and Jillian worked diligently to help resolve the confusion with the company, and we scheduled the repair while I was still at the service department. I can’t think of a time that I have ever left this dealership feeling disappointed about the service received. More
