Good experience. Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. My rating is really based on the previous visit when they diagnosed a door switch problem and Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. I waited for my vehicle on that visit and it took 2 and half hours and one visit to service desk after 2 hours. I was very frustrated after that experience.
