I came in for an oil change and inspection and my vehicle was rejected because the windshield washer sprayer did not spray. After 90 minutes of waiting I approached the service desk and asked in these was a was rejected because the windshield washer sprayer did not spray. After 90 minutes of waiting I approached the service desk and asked in these was a problem with my car. I was told maybe. I asked what the problem was and he told me they were looking online to find a motor for it and they couldn't get one for ten days. I asked if the mechanic listened to the motor because I could hear the motor running but it wasn't spraying fluid. I left after 2 hours because I had banking and other errands to run and stopped at an auto parts store and bought a pump even though I knew it wasn't the problem. I called my nephew who came on Sunday and popped off the nozzles and cleaned them. He put them back on and they worked fine. I have been a customer of HONDA since 1999 and have bought several cars there and always serviced them there. I will no longer be dealing there because apparently you have "parts changers" and not true mechanics working for you. It really bothers me to be treated that way and don't understand why your service department couldn't fix the washer. If you would like I would be glad to talk to someone about this. Let Jillian know that I am sorry that I will no longer be a customer there. More

They did our oil change and tire rotation for free, we had them both lifetime free with Urse. Disappointed they will not continue this free service but understand why. They did adjust my wife's headligh had them both lifetime free with Urse. Disappointed they will not continue this free service but understand why. They did adjust my wife's headlight's correctly and had to pay for that. I had previously had them in at Urse Honda and they adjusted but they were still off. Glad they corrected them. It was also nice that they didn't try to sell us a bunch of recommended service. You would come in for free oil change and Urse would present you with $2500 dollars of preventative maintenance they would like to do. More
