When i arrived I was greeted by Jillian Manning. Very pleasant and informative . Stopped to ask question about oil change and she arranged for us to go ahead and have it done right at that time A Very pleasant and informative . Good experience. Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. My rating is really based on the previous visit when they diagnosed a door switch problem and Fixed my problems and explained what was accomplished. My rating is really based on the previous visit when they diagnosed a door switch problem and repaired a tire puncture. I waited for my vehicle on that visit and it took 2 and half hours and one visit to service desk after 2 hours. I was very frustrated after that experience. If I had completed this survey then I would have given a lower rating. More
