Sierra and Seth were great to work with. I felt they really wanted to make a deal, considering I have leased 4 Highlanders in the past. This was my first Honda, and probably not my last. I felt they really wanted to make a deal, considering I have leased 4 Highlanders in the past. This was my first Honda, and probably not my last. I do think the financial department (Sarah Godwin) could be a little better, I do believe she said there were issues with the computer all day. We sat over an hour in the room with her trying to sign papers. I had to go back the next day to finish signing. She seemed a little flustered. The detailing, HORRIBLE! There was glue on the side of the car driver's side back door (I'm sure from the tape that was on it, I did mention it to Sierra, and he came out to clean it), the plastic was still left on half the stuff that was in the car. Sierra told me I could bring it back to have it detailed at a later date, but I don't feel I should have to waste my time to have this done. I was there for about 2 hours and all that was missed. I am still trying to learn all the things the car has to offer. If I can't figure it out, I google it. Sierra did offer to set my phone up, but I was ready to go. We got there around 3pm and didn't get out till almost 7pm. We did test drive 2 vehicles so that is some of the time, but we spent a lot waiting on the financial part of it. And once again I don't want to go back for that. More
