One star is way too much. I am 64 years old. I have dealt with dealerships all over the US and Europe. These clowns are by far the worst I have ever seen. They gave me a ridic I am 64 years old. I have dealt with dealerships all over the US and Europe. These clowns are by far the worst I have ever seen. They gave me a ridiculously high estimate for a brake job. I needed it done and agreed. Then, the service manager, bill wise is his name, lied to me over and over again. He said he could not find parts locally. I found them within one minute at multiple stores in Beckley. He said they worked on it a little but needed more parts, which is a lie. They did not start a brake job without parts. One day I tried to call him for 4 hours. He would not answer the phone even when the secretary asked him to. He kept postponing the job. The job was all new brake parts on the rear. His estimate was stupid, but here we go. I finally get my truck 7 days later. They did not replace all the parts. You would think the cost would be lower than he quoted since not all new parts were used. Wrong. The cost went up $450 dollars. The reason; some parts were missing and they had to order them. Well, since I told him to replace everything with new parts, they were on the original estimate. Yet, he charged me a ridiculous amount more for the parts and did not replace all the parts he was supposed to replace. He also charged me $56 dollars for brake fluid that should have cost about $3. All the parts prices were jacked up. They charged me over $500 dollars to install the calipers. That probably took 15 minutes. Charged me over$500 dollars to install the shoes. Here is the bottom line. A half of a brake job cost me $2200 dollars. It should have cost around $600 and they did not even do the job I told them to do. Also did not bleed the brakes properly which is a big safety issue, but I will be damned if I will take it back to let them screw it up worse. I have nothing but disrespect for the service department or the technicians. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. The last one; they refused to finance through my bank with an approved loan and cost me a higher interest rate. So, all of their departments are incompetent money grabbers. They are there to screw you out of your money. Worst place I have ever, or ever will deal with. Would go to Alaska for work before I would go there again. More
