Great experience--no more dealership runaround I grew up in the 80s and 90s watching my dad going through such stress and xxxx having to haggle and get the run around from traditional dealerships j I grew up in the 80s and 90s watching my dad going through such stress and xxxx having to haggle and get the run around from traditional dealerships just to buy a car with his hard-earned money. So I've avoided dealers like the plague and have bought all my cars used and privately. But lately with the advent of carmax, carfax, edmunds, kbb and Online Everything that has leveled the playing field for buyers, I thought I should check out these "no hassle/no haggle" dealerships. I did my usual weeks and weeks of research on exactly what I was looking for and at what price (yes I am a little obsessive about cars), then did research on dealers around town. I liked Mountain States' website and reviews and found the specific vehicle I was looking for there so I went to check it out. I was lucky to get connected with Andy from the start. He was direct, honest and professional--and there was no pressure, no games. He showed me the carfax, explained the pricing, went with me on a test drive. The car was what I was looking for: a single Colorado owner, well maintained, Toyota Certified Used. As I spent time with Andy, my distrust of dealers calmed down, but he was patient with every one of my skeptical questions and gave straight no-xx answers . The car had just come in and had a few minor things still needing work (new windshield, etc) and Andy made sure everything was put on on a "We Owe You" to get done (and they did it within a few business days after I bought it). Alex did the financing and paperwork and made it smooth. I still went and had it inspected by my mechanic (confirmed in excellent condition for its mileage) and I am definitely hoping this new dealership experience won't disappoint me as the months go on. I will update this review if anything changes...don't let me down Mountain States! More

No pressure We went to Mountain States to look at a 2016 4 Runner, our 2014 4 Runner we purchased from a "Big Box" national chain and it was the worst experience We went to Mountain States to look at a 2016 4 Runner, our 2014 4 Runner we purchased from a "Big Box" national chain and it was the worst experience ever. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Jennifer and she was very friendly. She asked what we were looking for and I let her know that her internet sales guy had let me know that they had the exact color and trim model that we were looking for. We went right inside and she pulled up the VIN ( that they had saved from my initial call ) She took us right out to where the truck was located on the lot and it was gone! It had sold likely while we were driving back to see it ( I am pretty sure I was it driving away when we pulled in ) Anyways, she asked if any other one would work and we told her no and she went to find out when one would be coming in. She came back a few minutes later to let us know one would be in a few weeks and gave us her card and we were able to walk away with no hassle. They also had appraised our 4 Runner in the brief time we were there and the price they offered for it was a very good value compared to us selling it on our own ( within a few hundred $'s ) the whole trip in and out was less than a house and there were no "Sales tricks" or pressure. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership in the future. More

We quickly found one to my liking and took it for a test drive. I explained that I would be trading in my car if we could agree on its value. Drew did a quick appraisal and then had his dealership appraiser look at my car. Next, the negotiations were conducted in a quick, professional manner. We reached agreement and the finance manager came out and introduced himself. Paperwork was done expediently and the car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. Drew took time to go over the features I asked about. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Drew and Mountain States Toyota. More
