Purchase was 2022 June 1st Toyota Tacoma blue manual dream truck. Well where do we start sales Jim was great awesome communication along with just following up with me every step of the way. Now for the dream truck. Well where do we start sales Jim was great awesome communication along with just following up with me every step of the way. Now for the finance department (manager). Rude disrespectful false promises did not wanna work with me once they found out I was financing elsewhere. One of the worst experiences for a first time car buyer to have to go through. Reached out to corporate to address the situation follow day location manager reached out to speak of the situation we talked and from my understanding worked things out. I explained how I just wanted to buy the vehicle I have the money I had the approval all that was in my way was the fight back they gave me. Who would have thought if you had a sale why make it so difficult I wasn't going anywhere else I wanted that truck. Our discussion wasn't to take thousands off or this or that we agreed upon 500 to just be written out in a check and sent out. May 8th 2023 still no check received my thought is because the manager was so eager to push me out he made a false agreement just to get me out of there my mistake was to take his word (and handshake) and not get something written. Still love my truck, but would never recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone. More

Jim Gallegos was great to work with. He responded to emails and phone calls immediately. He helped us get a vehicle that is perfect for us. He responded to emails and phone calls immediately. He helped us get a vehicle that is perfect for us. More
One dealer charged my credit card a $1000 to be in line for a 4Runner. Another dealer not only charged me $1000, but ran my credit and made me sign the v spec and sign a few other forms just to hold a veh for a 4Runner. Another dealer not only charged me $1000, but ran my credit and made me sign the v spec and sign a few other forms just to hold a vehicle. Mountain States said they would charge me to hold a Corolla, but never did. With the 4Runner, they never even mentioned it. No papers to sign, no credit checks. Nothing. Just, “We have a 4Runner coming that matches your specifications, do you want us to hold it for you?” That was it. That simple. No hassle. No markup above MSRP. Carrington was our salesman. He’s straight up and straightforward. I think Mountain States is your best option in Denver, and I’ve had dealings with several Toyota dealerships in the city. More
Would not use them, not friendly, treat you like you are just a number, well, sadly I am just a number but with funds to pay cash for the deal and will not be nickel and dimed with a "market adjustment". If you like waiting in their service bay with other customers while watching workers walk past you like you don't even exist, this is your place to go! After nearly $1000 in cost for just maintenance ( customers while watching workers walk past you like you don't even exist, this is your place to go! After nearly $1000 in cost for just maintenance (was just the 60k mile maintenance), I had a brand new light on the dash I didn't have before. It took another 30 minutes to go back, wait for the cashier just to get anyone. Seriously, these people will walk right past you and not give two cents about you. I'm never going back! More

I am just stunned at the negligence of this dealership. While searching for a new car I've worked with this dealership twice. Both times were disasters, and I don't understand how they're rated so highly. While searching for a new car I've worked with this dealership twice. Both times were disasters, and I don't understand how they're rated so highly. The first visit was a few months ago to look at a used Mazda6. Now I'm not looking at $60k cars, but also not looking for a cheap car by any means. I made the appointment two days in advance and when I arrived, I stood at the door ignored for 20 minutes. While waiting I watched another salesman be too distracted on his phone to show a walk-in a vehicle, unsurprisingly they left angrily after he pointed them to the lot and told them to go look at it. I finally was met by the associate helping me and was taken to the car. I cannot begin to describe how disgusting this vehicle was. The odor, the food and crumbs on every surface, the sludge DRIPPING from the steering wheel. You can't make this up. I opened the door, sat down, got up, and took the keys right back saying I'm not going to test drive anything that disgusting. They had two days’ notice to give that car a basic cleaning. I left without an apology for my time wasted. The second experience was just this week. I saw a vehicle that I was willing to put a deposit down on immediately - IF I could get anyone to call me back. I completed the application online Monday morning. By the afternoon I called in since I still had not been contacted and spoke with a man who said he'd start working on it and call me right back. By the end of the day, I still had not been contacted so called again, this time I got Will who said the same thing. He'd start working on it and call me right back. No contact by Tuesday morning so I called again. No answer and was sent to a voicemail. Still no contact by late afternoon so I called...AGAIN and was sent to voicemail. I get a text after that call from a number that didn't even give their name saying the vehicle I was interested in sold. I called Wednesday morning to be told by Mariah "someone is working on it" I ask so it has or hasn't been sold? "Well, uh, someone is working on it" Okay, have they put down a deposit? Did they start their application before me on Monday morning? "Someone is working on it". They will not get a 3rd opportunity to get my money. Instead, I will be sure to share my experience with anyone that will listen, because nobody should have to put in more effort than the dealership whom is profiting for doing less work than the customer.
