I was single and had no idea what to rent -- I just knew I need a safe car and that it needed to be functional. Randy was a star and walked me through the pros and cons of different cars. We landed on a 4Runner. I was so impressed with Randy's knowledge and affable personality. Fast forward two years later to this week. My lease was up, and I bee-lined straight to MST and to Randy, in particular. Once again, Randy walked me through several cars and payment options. My budget is tight -- thank you toddling twin boys -- and so Randy worked patiently with me as we worked through the leasing options that could work for my family. Today, I brought the twins in to meet Randy and switch out the 4Runner I drove them home in for the new r-e-d 4Runner (they are obsessed with red trucks). Randy was a class act from start to finish. He was amazing with my twins, and had me efficiently in and out of finance and the car change-over. What blew me away, however, was that Randy took it upon himself to help me install the boys' carseats. This was above and beyond the call of duty.
