He showed us the models he had on the lot, and we tentatively selected the 2017 Toyota Sequoia. Then we went back to the showroom. We discussed various options, colors, etc. He concluded with a quote, and we told him we had to check out other dealers. Randy's service was excellent throughout our visits. He was very knowledgeable about safety, comfort, and accessories, as well as engine power, braking systems, power train, etc. By the second and third visits we were good friends. From the women's standpoint, he paid a lot of attention to all my specific needs and sometimes silly questions. He showed us how the operate the e-Tune system, and ease of moving and collapsing the second and third row seats. We all got into the back to assure ourselves of the room and comfort. We are large people. Throughout the three visits we had with him, he supplied us with water, popcorn and cookies, which I loved. After the sale he contacted us several times to answer questions and inform us of the necessary processes that needed to take place. He also send us a box of snacks as a thank you gesture for our purchase. All together, we had a most pleasant experience buying this car. It is exactly what we wanted..the 2017 Toyota Sequoia Limited in the PYRITE color We will definitely recommend Mountain States and Randy to all our friends. You better wear those name brands Well the beginning of my journey was a little rocky. I and 3 accomplices arrived at the dealership at 4:30 p.m. on Feb 18 2017 and my group and I were walking around looking at the different used vehicles. I already had done research before arriving so I had a good idea which car I wanted to purchase. As my group and I were walking around we noticed 3 salesmen standing around not helping anyone. We waited for them to approach us but neither made a move. But, people who had arrived later than us were greeted right away. After a while we figured they judged us so we went inside to see if we could find someone to talk to there. The two women working the front desk were completely rude and didn't even say one word to us as we approached. (We then noticed they were on their cell phones.) Then, Joey appeared. He was so friendly, got us in a car to test drive right away. Answered all of our questions and turned one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership into the best. He's the reason I bought that car, because we were discussing on whether to even give this place my business anymore. Thank you Joey, you did an amazing job. If it wasn't for Joey this place would be worthy of only 1 star. More

Great Experience! I worked with Quentin to purchase a 2016 4Runner over the course of a month and have had nothing but a positive experience with him! I started the search looking at several Toyota vehicles (4Runner, Tundra, Sequoia) and he was knowledgeable on all and also extremely patient with me throughout the entire car buying process. Including the multiple test drives with multiple vehicles and printing out the reams of fact sheets and helping me go through with a highlighter to compare different trim levels! As far as Mountain States Toyota, I found them because they are a Sonic Automotive Dealer. Sonic doesn't just post MSRP for their online pricing, they aggressively price their cars from the beginning and it makes it a much better car buying experience than having to start negotiations at MSRP, which both parties know is crazy (unless you're looking at a 4Runner TRD Pro ;). I went to two other dealers, non Sonic Automotive Dealers, during my hunt for the best car and deal and their whole process just turned me off. Much more pushy than Sonic, starting at MSRP, and just didn't feel as easy to work with as Quentin and the team. Even if Quentin isn't available, I'd still go with Mountain States Toyota based off of their initial pricing and how they interact with you in the car buying process. I would absolutely recommend him again based off of his professionalism, attention to detail, and patience. Definitely a better car buying experience than my previous purchase!! More

He listened to what I was looking for and found it on the lot. We took for a test drive and then he asked if I would like to look at figures. No pressure. He didn't try to push options on me nor additional expenses. We spent about 45 mins together when I agreed. Again, no pressure from him, but rather, he addressed all my questions and needs! I ended up buying the truck and love it. Others that I dealt with were polite and attentive. What a positive experience! More

I am currently on my second lease with Mountain States and I couldn't be happier about my experience. First of all, they have the best deals hands down. I have leased a Prius C and now I'm leasing a Corolla and both times I have used a deal checking website to see how good my lease deal stacks up to the average and both times the deal checker told me I was getting an outstanding deal-- and I believe it! Second, not only do I get great deals every time I do business here, the service is also outstanding. Both times, I worked with salespeople who were clearly invested in getting me the best deal and did everything they could to make my experience enjoyable and hassle-free. This last time, when I was leasing my Corolla, I worked with Patrick Ericsson and I couldn't be more impressed with the way he does business. He made me feel less like a customer and more like part of the family. Sometimes I forgot I was talking to a salesperson because he didn't use any of those slimy tricks that salespeople usually do. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and professional. If you are interested in leasing or purchasing a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping into Mountain States and asking for Patrick specifically.
