Recently, I ventured into Mountain States Toyota, looking for a new 4runner or a newer Tacoma. The dealership itself is very big, and can be intimidating to a first time buyer. Usually I end up being hassled by pushy sales staff that attempt to get me interested in something that I did not want or need. The first person who approached me was Alex Gomez. This was the first time that I have not felt pressured into a sale from the very beginning. He was honest, very forthcoming, and extremely helpful, especially when it came down to negotiating the bottom line. He was available after hours to answer my calls and texts, and also researched cars at other dealerships when they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. I will definitely be back again once I can free up some more disposable income. Will definitely be doing business in the future. I'll take honesty over bargain pricing any day of the week. More

Wonderful experience ! I had looked online and called so many different places getting prices and attempting to work out buying a used vehicle with a cosigner in another sta I had looked online and called so many different places getting prices and attempting to work out buying a used vehicle with a cosigner in another state. Many dealerships didn't want to deal with the hassle let alone take someone in their 20's seriously. Since I had arrived I was treated with nothing but kindness from the front desk to the car salesman who helped me, one of kindest people I had ever met willing to work with me step by step not only with my cosigner being in another state but so I understood exactly what I was buying and trying to help me work to find a vehicle best suited. It was easy to tell he was was very gunuine about with his concerns for me driving certain vehicles which was taken into high consideration, he went above and behind just selling me a car to also trying to help me relearn manual. His name was Bo Bliss and if you ever go to this dealership I would highly recommend this gentleman for his knowledge, sincerity, and helpfulness. All the staff who helped me were the some of the best people I had ever encounted, going beyond expectations and really left me feeling like I made a great choice in vehicle making the entire process quick, simple, and clean. Due to Bo and Sal's help answering every question I had I also felt leaving more understanding so if the occasion would assrise again I have a better understanding for future vehicle purchases. More
