I came in with my research done, but he walked me through everything I needed to I'm a first time car buyer and Joe was amazing every step of the way. He was patient with me when getting all of the required documents to qualify to buy the car, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions or advice I didn't know about the process. When we got to financing Laura was equally as approachable and helpful. She didn't try to oversell me anything, and really made me feel like she was doing everything she could to get the best price. Both employees made me feel like they had my best interest at heart rather than a dollar sign for them and that was key. The next day when I was picking up my car from getting heated seats installed I saw both Joe and Paula, and got a big hug from both. Also loved my gift package from Joe in the mail.
