The WORST. My husband and I came from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle and they were awful. They were late to our appointment by 40 minutes and then w My husband and I came from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle and they were awful. They were late to our appointment by 40 minutes and then when we talked numbers they laughed in our face. They told us our “podunk” local dealership might be a better option if we did our research. I have never been treated this badly by any business much less xxxx like them. They even bragged they don’t need sales because they make more charging people in their service department. More

Mountain States Toyota will NEVER get me to do any business with them ever again. The sales manager, Tyler had a three day notification to have a Ford Ranger ready for my test drive. As I arrived the business with them ever again. The sales manager, Tyler had a three day notification to have a Ford Ranger ready for my test drive. As I arrived the Ranger was being delivered to the detailing business. Okay. We were escorted by a polite and apologetic salesman, Austin, for the inconvenience to us, the buyers to the detailers. The Ranger was very wet from the carwash so it would not start. My wife and I are advised to go to lunch to wait for the detailers to finish their job. When we arrived back at the dealership, this same Ranger was being sold to another couple to our astonishment by another salesman and completely ignoring our appointment for OUR test drive and sold the Ranger to the other customers. Austin tried in vain to allow us our test drive, but management said the sales to the other customer was final!!! We left in disgust! Mountain States Toyota sales management is a complete failure to customer rights. More
