Contacted this dealer about a used SUV and made an appointment to come review and test drive vehicle. 10 Minutes prior to arrival I received a text that they could not start the car, but they would be appointment to come review and test drive vehicle. 10 Minutes prior to arrival I received a text that they could not start the car, but they would be more than happy to show me the vehicle. Upon inspection I showed considerable interest in the car, but wanted to test drive before purchasing. The next day, salesperson text me that it was a key registration issue and the car was still in shop but everything looked good. After numerous texts to salesperson and manager with little to no replies, I was informed about 5 days later that the car had been sold. Very disjointed communication amongst staff members, not impressed at all and will not deal with this dealership in the future. More

Supposed "sales manager" then sent me an email telling me he wanted to ensure all my questions were answered. I responded with an email inquiring about the REAL PRICE. Again, no response whatsoever. But at least they quit spamming my email. Look at all the sales people they have listed below, yet no one has time to give people the information they request. The people I worked with are not listed below. More

I could not be any happier with my experience at MTN States Toyota. The price was good and Jim Gallegos, the sales rep, was awesome. We drove away with a new 4-Runner and was very happy with the low ke States Toyota. The price was good and Jim Gallegos, the sales rep, was awesome.
