Jim was able to secure for me a deal that I could live with. And, I am greatful for his hard work. He has a quiet style which I appreciate because I do not like pushy salespeople. After talking with hi with. And, I am greatful for his hard work. He has a quiet style which I appreciate because I do not like pushy salespeople. After talking with him for a while I felt quite comfortable that he was going to secure the deal I wanted! This is the second car I have purchased from Mountain States Toyota. They have a spacious, clean and friendly dealership. The service department is run efficiently and their waiting room area is one of the nicest ones I have ever seen. So back to Jim Gallegos - I would recommend my friends seek him out when buying a new car. Jim is attentive and really listens to what you are looking for and spends all the time needed to make it happen. I purchased a beautiful new Prius in the color and package I wanted and got the best price for my trade in, plus a really low finance rate. I now consider Jim a friend and plan to seek him out whenever I bring my car in for service! On another note, their Delivery Coordinator, Kady Prunk, is amazing! She patiently walked me through all the features in my new car, showed me how to use them and answered all my questions. She even connected my iPhone to the bluetooth on my car! I feel that I can go back anytime and ask questions I may have. More

We traded our vehicle and purchased a new Avalon. We feel that we got a fair price for our trade and a great price on our new Avalon. We were very happy with the entire buying process and we were treated ver that we got a fair price for our trade and a great price on our new Avalon. We were very happy with the entire buying process and we were treated very well by all of the staff. The dealership is very clean and offer many things such as bottled water, fruit, cookies, candy, and popcorn for customers while waiting for service or sales related business. We have purchased many new cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences we have had. We will recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
Robert Degrassa has sold me two vehicles. Normally, when I go to an auto dealership the salesmen seem pushy and I dont trust them. I trusted Robert immediately. I will continue to buy cars from him. We are from Nebraska and had been looking for a Toyota Venza and had shopped two dealerships in central Nebraska. The inventory was limited, not the right color, options, or pricing we desired. We were Venza and had shopped two dealerships in central Nebraska. The inventory was limited, not the right color, options, or pricing we desired. We were in Denver fot the week-end and decided to contact Montain States Toyota via the interenet, where we discovered what we wanted. We phoned the internet sales manager and asked for a price quote, it was sent in less than 30 minutes. We called the dealership and agreed to purchase the VENZA. An appointment was set with them to take delivery at 2:30 P.M. When we arrived Francois met us and escorted us to the sales area. We were introduced to Tom Segura, he made us feel welcome at the business in a very professional manner. All documents were in order, we signed them and then met with finance manager Bob Marisk. Francious made sure we understood how to operate radio, navigation, etc. Since 1973 we have purchased over 15 new automobiles, and the Mountain States Toyota experience was the best ever. We appreciated being treated with respect, the attention to detail, and the overall buying experience. Thanks much to Francios, Tom, and Bob Sincerely, Robert and Clara Frazier 1004 West 9th. What was promessed by sales manager and financial manager never happened, I left the dealership happy thinking very positive about the deal, to find out two days later that what they told didn't happen. Plus never happened, I left the dealership happy thinking very positive about the deal, to find out two days later that what they told didn't happen. Plus the certified Vehicle had break problems and the radio volume. Kept going up and down. That I noticed the day I drove it home from the dealership. Dealerships shouldn't be only focused on growth (sales), customer loyalty is something very important as well. More
To many issues to go back on. Purchasing the vehicle went as any normal negotiation. Had issues after the sale, some resolved others were left in limbo. Purchased vehicle and it did not come with a went as any normal negotiation. Had issues after the sale, some resolved others were left in limbo. Purchased vehicle and it did not come with a jack in which I proceeded to point out and was given one. Then after getting home, noticing the wheels have a wheel lock key needed to take off the tire. Which was not included. So I ended up contacting Toyota's key manufacture and getting a key so I can take off the tire if I have a flat. So I had to drive around for 2 weeks with the risk of a flat an no way to change it. After driving off the lot, noticed the car needed an alignment. Brought back in, they did align it. But had to spend 2 hours of my time for something that should have been addressed before being sold. And then to top it all off, I only have 1 key and found out that its going to be $100 to get another key made. Contacted the sales manager who denied my extra key request. Stating they did more then their fare share by providing me a jack and an extra fob. Seriously? Which by the standards of a certified used vehicle I would expect the dealership to provide me with the right equipment to change the tire, a set of key(s) to the vehicle and for the car to be inspected a little more to notice the alignment was off. My husband and I were excited to receive a coupon in the mail from this dealer for a free car wash. We stopped in to redeem it, and were barely acknowledged in the service garage. When we pulled up, there w mail from this dealer for a free car wash. We stopped in to redeem it, and were barely acknowledged in the service garage. When we pulled up, there were 4 service guys standing around, and I had to get out of the car to approach THEM for help? Then I was told to wait by my car, and 'someone from the svc dept' would be out to help us. After sitting in our car for about 10 mins, we noticed that the 'service guys in the garage were playing around on Facebook??? So my husband went inside to ask for some help and finally we were told the correct area to go for our car wash. When we pulled around, we told the car wash 'service guy' there what we had experienced in the other area of the garage, this is what he had to say: "Well, Im humbled by that." Uh, ok???? We were not even thanked for stopping there! We will NEVER recommend this dealership to someone else nor return there ourselves. Mountain States is a poor excuse for customer service. More
