It is easy to schedule a service job. Once there, we are promptly greeted by a service person to take our information, sign the paperwork, and discuss any additional work we might need to have done. While servicing the vehicle, the staff are very good at contacting us about additional problems found, and costs associated with doing the extra work. Work is done in a timely manner, and checkout/payment is quick and efficient. The only downside is the cost of the work. I realize labor and parts can be expensive, but it is difficult to find $1,000 to $1,500 for general maintenance for a vehicle that is 16 years old. Yet, it's too expensive to buy a comparable vehicle new. More
