We purchased two highlanders from Francois at Mountain States Toyota on Friday. When we went home, we did not like the fact that the highlanders we purchased did not have power seats. We called the dealership and asked if we could change our vehicles with another one with power seat and different colors. Even though the dealership was very busy, they accepted our request and provided us with excellent customer service, Francois and Tom, the new car director, were friendly and professional.We definitively recommend them to purchase a new car. Recently purchased a new SUV from this dealership. I traveled about 4 hours to complete the deal and everything went just as promised. No last minute fees or any change of quoted price whatsoever. Took significant amount of time reviewing the car with me and answering questions. Even the financing was relatively painless and there was no high pressure salesmanship, options were presented and discussed, but not forced in any way. I also have had multiple contacts with the dealership in the week after the purchase to make sure that I am satisfied and Doug Morlan in particular, took significant time to followup the sale. Due to the competitive price, and more importantly the openness of the dealership-from sales staff to managers-would highly recommend this dealer. I have had difficult experiences before and was wary and can truly say that my interaction with Mountain States went without a hitch. I would buy from them again without question. If you support dealers like this, it will also put pressure on other operations to change their tactics. Oh, and they were able to get the car from the factory for us, 5 miles on the odometer at pickup. More

Last year when we came into the Dearship. I was judges by one of the employee that worked there. He told me that I can't afford to buy this car or that. So he didn't wanted to help me. Well here came Jas one of the employee that worked there. He told me that I can't afford to buy this car or that. So he didn't wanted to help me. Well here came Jason Barens, with a big smile on his face. He showed me a few cars and truck around. That he thinks will fit my family needs. Work with my husband and I on my budget for the car that I wanted, and give me a few opinions. Well my husband and I came out with a new truck. If it wasn't for Jason Barens a very friendly, excellent customer services, and a sales person. My husband and I wouldn't have had a truck that year. And we came back to Jason this year and got a suv that we have had a few weeks ago. I recommed that you should go to Jason and see him yourself at Denver Mountain States Toyota. More

Marks greeting was friendly and not pushy, told him what I was looking for that I had found online, he did not try to lead me away from the FJ and onto something else. Mark was able to explain the features and answer my questions. The FJ was priced right and Mark tried his best to get me the best offer for my trade in, at no time did I feel intimidated. The financing with Chip was also informative and all of my questions were answered. While we were doing the paperwork, Mark had the FJ detailed so time was not wasted and it looked great. The final great experience was with Kandy, setting up the bluetooth on my phone and explaining all of the features on the FJ (to a Grandma) Mark was also with her both gave it their all to show the details of FJ. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my time and have never been given so much friendly information, usuallly left other dealerships to search thru the book for answers myself. I would highly recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone. More

Youssef was very interested in making sure that I was getting the service I needed and called Jason Barnes to assist in making sure I knew I was getting the best deal possible. I'm an engineer, so I like to see all the numbers and they didn't hesitate to show me the facts of the deal, so I was SURE about how much I was spending on the vehicle and how they justified their costs. I had been driving around a very beat up Nissan that was poor poor quality. When I came to Mountain States Toyota I was willing to get anything. Anything would be better than my beat up car! But as Michael showed me cars, my heart became set on a Toyota Corolla S. This model of Corolla was really not in my price range, but I am a brat and wanted that particular one...it was so pretty! Although Michael knew this car really wasn't in my price range, he knew how much it meant to me to get this particular car. He somehow worked magic and made it work. He was so friendly and did not seemed bothered at all when my dad wanted to speak with him, at least five or more, times. I felt very comfortable with him and felt that Michael was truly honest and had the customers best interest first. After the run around I had been dealing with, for the past three years, with my Nissan, Mountain States Toyota and Michael Ramstetter were a breath of fresh air. I felt like I received such quality treatment to match the quality of my car.I absolutely love my car ( I stll don;t belive it is mine...I feel like I am still just renting it!). Michael also always answers any random questions I have about the car. I highly recommend Mountain States Toyota More
After being completely ignored at another dealership, we drove in to Mountain States with minimal expectations. Bengy was very helpful, I had been in before to get service done on my Tundra and of all the sales people Bengy was the only one that had ever came up and talked to me. When I decided to look for anot service done on my Tundra and of all the sales people Bengy was the only one that had ever came up and talked to me. When I decided to look for another car I contacted the dealership and setup an appointment. When I pulled up to the dealership there was about eight sales people sitting in golf carts talking, Bengy was the only one that came up and talked to me. I have never had a bad experience with the dealership in the service department, and was willing to give the sales staff a try. Bengy had shown me a few cars and when we found one that I liked he allowed us to try it out and after the test drive came back and starting to see if a deal could be worked out. That night one could not be done. I went home and looked around the internet and saw they had a different price on it on their website, so I shopped around at a few other dealerships. At one of those other dealerships I was offered more for my trade-in and a similar price for a somewhat comparable car. I was more set on the Camry Bengy showed me, so I called him back let him know what I found on their website and from other dealerships were willing to work out a deal. He said give him some time to see what he can do to work something out. He called back later that night and we set an appointment up for the next day. When I went in the next day and talked to Bengy, the car I had looked at was just being sold. But they had another car there one step down from the one he showed me, which I thought was better in my budget. After talking to him about it for a while, they were able to make a deal work out. It has now been almost a week now and I am glad and very happy that Bengy and Mountain States Toyota was able to work with me on my trade-in, because the gave me what I was looking for. Bengy did all he could do to get me into a new Camry. Both him and the Financial advisor, Mathew Mendez, was very patient when we went into the late night hours on finishing up the deal.
