We'd worked with Pat when we purchased our 2011 Prius in early summer this year. While returnin from a trip to California last month we'd apparently hit a pothole which caused a rattle underneath somewhere early summer this year. It ws almost time for the 5000 mile checkup, so I went in (without appointment), told Pat about the rattle (which of course by now had stopped). He took a look, saw something hanging loose and directed me immediately to the service area. Turns out a clamp had some loose, which they put back into place, as well as doing the 5K service checks and tire rotation. "Getting right in" with an immediate problem was no problem. Pat was also a great help when we purchased the car; it was a most enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership and Pat to anyone. More

I was absolutely DREADING dealing with a 'car dealer' and have had two very bad experiences purchasing new vehicles. I refused to talk with them on the phone - had my husband do everything!!!
