When I got to Mountain States Toyota, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Toyota. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Robert, who was very friendly. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to buy that day, but I wanted a Toyota. When I pulled up, I was greeted by Robert, who was very friendly. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to buy that day, but wanted to drive some vehicles. He was very helpful through the whole experience, and I left the dealership to think my purchase over. When I returned the following Monday, Robert handed me off to Emily because he was assisting another customer. Emily was extremely helpful through the whole buying process. She was able to find the vehicle I wanted, took the time to make sure each option was what I was after, and then made a 300 mile round trip to get it for me. She was very patient with me. She also assisted me after I purchased the vehicle with the service department to get a few extras installed on my new vehicle. Because of Emily, I will recommend this dealership to friends. Bob was very helpful getting through the financing. He was very well organized making the whole process seem streamlined and fairly painless. My only complaint with this dealership is how they calculated my trade-in value. I had never traded in a vehicle for a new one before, but I was surprised that their offer for my trade in was quite a bit lower than what I was expecting. I don't know if this is true for every dealership or not, it could just be how things are done. Still, even with that, I think the out the door price for my new vehicle was fair. More
Didn't expect to buy at the time. The sales consultant, Hank Neri, was willing and patient, to answer any questions. And they were able to come to a reasonable offer for our trade in vehicle. Nelson Im was very welcoming and polite. We had been looking at other dealerships in the area and we're relieved that Nelson wasn't too aggressive or arrogant, like some other salemen we encountered. Nelson was knowledgeable and patient as he answered our many questions. He hung in there with us and didn't quit until he found us a car that fit our needs and budget. After we closed, a few days later, we had an issue with the check engine light. We called Nelson and he took care of the minor problem at no expense to us! We are impressed! Thank you! More
I have never been a huge fan of car salesmen, but Nelson was awesome. Of all the experiences I have ever had buying a car this was by far the best ever. Nelson was very friendly and genuine. Both sales men did not try and push me into buying a truck, they let me make my own decisions without all that pressure, they answered all questions, extremely helpful in all areas, polite, knowledgeabl truck, they let me make my own decisions without all that pressure, they answered all questions, extremely helpful in all areas, polite, knowledgeable, truthful, and most important honest. I started out to buy a used truck and ended up with a new one. They treated me the same if I would have bought a used one or a new one. They did not try and sway me into a new vehicle. They made this experience exciting for me, instead of frustration. I commend both of them on how they were able to take out that awful feeling you have going into a car dealership where you feel you will get taken advantage of right when you walk in the door (I am a woman and have experienced that feeling many times, but NOT this time). Thank you for employing such a great team. I cannot say enough wonderful things of both Bob and Steve and the Mountain States Dealership. I thank them for their patience with me and understanding. Also can I mention the Financial person who put all the paper work together at the end and had me sign all the paper work. Henry Neri. He was amazing. Again he made that experience pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything in detail. I was not at all nervious. Because of his personality he took that "beware" feeling away. The customer service was very good and I felt treated with respect. I was able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and the sales rep and finance rep were very helpful. I had been speaking with a few dealerships prior to going with Mountain State Toyota and I am so glad we did. It was well worth the drive and the service I got from Jason (e- director) was amazing. I am very pleased with the people I worked with, the price and mostly the service during the process and after the purchase - I had to get a few things from my previous car that I forgotten and Matt spent at least 30 minutes with me. Yes, this was after the purchase of the car! I would completely recommend this dealership! More

The most important thing to me was how knowledgeable Mr. Gallegos was, not only about the new car I purchased, but how it differed from my previous one. The only criticism I have is that I had to wait for a while while the car was prepped, but other than that, I was treated very well. I also feel that the price I got was better than I would have gotten elsewhere, having dealt with at least one other Toyota dealer in Denver. More
