I started my search for a 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE in October 2011. After contacting Jason Barnes, internet sales manager, I found that this vehicle was not actually available yet. I went to the dealership to see and test drive the 2012 Camry XLE gas engine model and was impressed with both the dealership and the sales person, John Saldivar. Jason and John said the first vehicle coming in was Clearwater Blue in color, but after looking on the lot for other Toyotas we found that the color we wanted was Cypress Pearl. Jason was able to locate the vehicle we wanted and get it to the dealership the last week in Nov., 2011. We came in to finalize our purchase on a Saturday afternoon - one of the dealership's busiest times. The car is great, Because the car is so new the discount offered was perhaps less than this dealership usually offers, but we accepted the deal. The only real problem we had was an extremely long wait to close our deal through finance despite the fact that we had arranged our financing independently, but afterwards we were told this was not a normal situation and were offered a dining certificate at our favorite restaurant. They went above and beyond to made amends for the long wait. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience and the quality of this dealership. More
I was referred to Jim and immediately understood why. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. He made sure my needs were met and did everything he could to see that I was eligible is very friendly and knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. Unlike some other sales reps who would stop at the first sign of defeat, he pressed on and continued to dig for other rebates for me. He followed through with the sale after I agreed to the purchase to make sure that I understood everything about the car. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership, its service and commitment to excellence. More
This is the 7th brand new car that my family has purchased. We have been to at least 10 different dealerships and have never been treated so good. Jim listened to what we wanted and did not try to put in something that we didn't want (something that every dealer has tried to do). We went intending to look for a truck and when I seen the car he didn't try to turn me back to the truck. He was not a pushy salesman and made sure he went over everything even after the sale was done. I asked for a lighter and he called me 2 days later to tell me he had it for me. The last time I asked for one at a different place I was promised one and the salesman or his manager never came through. More
My wife and I were in need of a second car and went to browse the car lots. We visited Go Chevrolet off Highway I-36 but did not find anything nor did we want assistance from a dealer, so we proceeded to browse the car lots. Once there, we were going to blow off the dealer like at the last dealership but the gentleman who introduced himself as Ed was very welcoming and came off as not pushy and so we allowed him to escort us around the lot. Giving him our information as to what we were looking for as far as price and vehicle he picked out certain cars to show us and let us browse through the whole lot. The team work that Ed and Matthew did to get us in a vehicle that we wanted, as well as warranties and a right price was outstanding. In the end, we drove away with a 2007 Camry. Hats off to two fine gentlemen. We would and have referred Mountain State Toyota to family members and friends because of the kindness and help we received from Ed and Matthew. Our experience at Mountain States Toyota was simply outstanding. We went in to look at new vehicles and left with a 2012 Prius V. Our salesman, Ed Abeyta, was very helpful and friendly. Doan Vu was one of the best salesmen i have had in a while. He was not arrogant and seemed to truly care to get us the best price possible on the one vehicle one the lot we came to see and hoped to take while. He was very knowledgeable about the truck we bought and the options Mountain States Toyota had to offer us. He was extremely friendly to me and my husband and our two year old who he made sure was being kept content. The last dealership I was at ( King Chevrolet, Loveland) made me feel as well as told me that they didn’t care if I walked away from the sale. I’m glad I did the truck we bought was way nicer less miles a few years newer and for a much better price without all the haggling while my two year old was impatiently sitting on the floor with nothing to do. Last year I was searching for a new vehicle and found the one I wanted at Mountain States Toyota. I have been a loyal Toyota consumer, this is my third Toyota. I drove almost 100 miles to talk to a sales p one I wanted at Mountain States Toyota. I have been a loyal Toyota consumer, this is my third Toyota. I drove almost 100 miles to talk to a sales person and test drive the truck. It didn't take long to decide this was the truck for me. This week, when my mother suddenly needed a new vehicle, I decided she needed to look at Toyota's. We started our search at a closer location to her house. Our plan was to spend one day looking and comparing different places and cars, sleep on the information, then pick the place and vehicle the next day. So, we started at a location close to home. After hours of exhausting games at GO Toyota, we left and got nothing accomplished for the day; except high blood pressure. The next day, I decided to skip any other dealers and head right to Mountain States; where we should have started to begin with. I knew based on my previous experience, we would get a fair deal and great customer service. From the moment we walked in the door, Jerry was more than willing to help us find the car and deal we needed. We told him we were interested in the Prius and the Matrix. The first car we looked at was the Prius. Jerry showed us the vehicle from front to back, top to bottom, literally. He even went as far as to tell us the vehicle could not be towed behind a tow truck and it needed a special hook (in the trunk) to pull the vehicle onto a flatbed truck. Even though little, very important. As the visit progressed, it just got better. We explained to him how important it was to get the right price. After examining the budget and speaking to both Jerry and Sean (manger), they were able to work out several options for financing rates and payments. They went as far as adding more discounts, special APR %, and dealer rebates. Unlike the time we spent at GO the day before, the time we spent there was VERY positive. My mother and I needed to take more time to evaluate the budget than we anticipated. Jerry and Sean were VERY understanding and provided us with the time we needed; without interruption. Even when it came to our family debate about price and payment, they were understanding of our needs and never made us feel like we were taking up their time. Jerry explained and showed us the features of the car several times to make sure my mother knew everything she needed to drive the car and be comfortable as well as safe. When any further vehicle needs arise, I will avoid any other dealers and head straight to Mountain States Toyota. They say their goal is to provide the best customer service and provide what the customer needs. On two occasions, that's exactly what they did; even more so the second time (because they treated my mother with respect and understanding and reduced the stress of buying a car!) I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
I drive a 2003 Camry and have taken it to Mt. States for the 7 years that I have lived here in the Denver area. I have never felt that I was urged to accept service that was not really needed to keep my car in top conditin. The people who work here get a GREAT rating every time. Additionally, the facility is so clean and friendly that I could spend more time there. Beverages and snacks are readily available including a wonderful popcorn machine that reminds me of my days as a "popcorn girl" at the theater in the town where I was raised. Overall, in my opinion, there is just no down side to this dealership for service and care of my car. More
