Without a doubt the best car purchasing experience ever. We went in to look at a used (2008)FJ but it sold before we could make it to the dealer. I'd highly recommend this dealership and particularly Doan as a sales person. He's part time (works afternoon/evenings) but it's worth shifting schedules to deal with him. More

The "shoppng experience" at Mountain States Toyota was both informative and exciting. My husband and I was met by a salesman who was very patient and supportive. Our search for the "right t Toyota was both informative and exciting. My husband and I was met by a salesman who was very patient and supportive. Our search for the "right toyota" began in October and concluded Friday after Thanksgiving. We explained to Mr. Gallegos that I wanted my 4-wheel/AWD car equipped with (3) major features: bluetooth, navigation, leather seats--without the panoramic/sunroof. I had narrowed my choices down to a Mercedes, Toyota Venza, or the Ford Edge. Color choices were: smoked Grey, Black or Burgundy. Lastly, we wanted to keep our costs within a (not to exceed $500/per mo) payment schedule. Immediately, Mr. Gallegos and the Mountain States Sales team went to work to help us find the right car. Unlike the Ford Dealer, Mountain States offered a more lucurative warranty program and many of the desired technical features were considered "standard" on the Venza high-end packages--also, very attractive. Maintenance costs were certainly less than the Mercedes, with Toyota's offer of zero-maintenance concerns for the first 5,000 miles. We felt that this program would allow us ample time to familiarize ourselves with the car's overall performance capabilities without any immediate "fear of loss". Mr. Gallegos suggested that we take time to study the Quick Reference Guide" and the "Warranty Maintence Guide" and to call or stop by at anytime if we had questions. Furthermore, Mountain States invited us back to get assitance/training in operating the bluetooth and navigational sysytem. We are very pleased that the dearlership is located in our neighborhood. Buying a new car is exciting and scary--one always has a million questions. So, an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with the Mountain States sales team is welcomed and appreciated. I started my search for a 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE in October 2011. After contacting Jason Barnes, internet sales manager, I found that this vehicle was not actually available yet. I went to the dealersh October 2011. After contacting Jason Barnes, internet sales manager, I found that this vehicle was not actually available yet. I went to the dealership to see and test drive the 2012 Camry XLE gas engine model and was impressed with both the dealership and the sales person, John Saldivar. Jason and John said the first vehicle coming in was Clearwater Blue in color, but after looking on the lot for other Toyotas we found that the color we wanted was Cypress Pearl. Jason was able to locate the vehicle we wanted and get it to the dealership the last week in Nov., 2011. We came in to finalize our purchase on a Saturday afternoon - one of the dealership's busiest times. The car is great, Because the car is so new the discount offered was perhaps less than this dealership usually offers, but we accepted the deal. The only real problem we had was an extremely long wait to close our deal through finance despite the fact that we had arranged our financing independently, but afterwards we were told this was not a normal situation and were offered a dining certificate at our favorite restaurant. They went above and beyond to made amends for the long wait. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience and the quality of this dealership. More
I was referred to Jim and immediately understood why. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of all the cars on the lot. Unlike some other sales reps who would stop at the first sign of defeat, he pressed on and continued to dig for other rebates for me. He followed through with the sale after I agreed to the purchase to make sure that I understood everything about the car. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I'm very happy with this dealership, its service and commitment to excellence. More
This is the 7th brand new car that my family has purchased. We have been to at least 10 different dealerships and have never been treated so good. Jim listened to what we wanted and did not try to put in something that we didn't want (something that every dealer has tried to do). We went intending to look for a truck and when I seen the car he didn't try to turn me back to the truck. He was not a pushy salesman and made sure he went over everything even after the sale was done. I asked for a lighter and he called me 2 days later to tell me he had it for me. The last time I asked for one at a different place I was promised one and the salesman or his manager never came through. More
