The following is an account of my wife and I during our recent purchase of a new 2012 Toyota Tacoma at Mountain States Toyota. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Jim Butcher, our salesp recent purchase of a new 2012 Toyota Tacoma at Mountain States Toyota. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Jim Butcher, our salesperson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles we inquired about. After we had chosen the vehicle we liked, the final price negotiations went very easy and were very fair. We were very satisfied with the value given for our trade. Both Mr. Ed Freehart, sales manager, and Tom Segura, new car director, made extra effort to get us the best value for our trade as well as the best price for the new vehicle. After negotiations were final, we were then taken to the office of Mr. Steve Hughes, the finance manager. He was very clear and concise while explaining the various vehicle protection options that we could purchase for our vehicle. He also was able to get us the best deal on our vehicle protection options and financing that could possibly be found. When it comes time to purchase your accessories or parts, Jerry Ivarson is the man to see in the parts department. He really knows his products and is great to work with. In the service department, Mike Hashman took very good care of our new Tacoma when adding accesories and taking care of repairing a scratch found on our new truck. To summarize, this was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had, start to finish. Everyone here was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service is of top notch excellence. Tim Van Binsbergen, the general manager of the dealership, personally took the time to meet us and make sure everything went smooth and was to our total satisfaction several times during the process of buying our new Tacoma. This is the second new Tacoma we have purchased from Mountain States Toyota and it most likely will not be the last. We would highly recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone in the market of buying a new or used car. More

My 2010 Rav 4 was in an accident in July and had extensive damage. It was repaired and looked brand new again. Instead of buying a wrecked car, Sean got me in a brand new Rav 4 at the same price as my 2010 Rav 4. Sean was very helpful and understanding. We were fortunate to meet Doan Vu as soon as we arrived at Mt. States Toyota.
