This is the fourth Toyota vehicle I have bought and I am so extremely bummed that I didnt buy my first three cars from mountain states. He answered all our questions and was always on top of it! I was especially impressed with the service you get AFTER purchasing the car. I had to wait a couple days to actually pick up my new car because I opted to have leather placed in it. Each day Jeff called me to keep me updated on the progress. The car was ready when they said it would be and when I picked it up I got to meet with Kady who did a run down on how to operate each cool feature of this car. This amazed me too! Overall I LOVED this place and will never buy a car anywhere else and will tell everyone I know to buy a car from Moutain States Toyota!!!!!!! More

No pressure on selling, in fact we test drove a few vehicles and Josh really listened and answered my questions that I had. I met Doan at Mountain States Toyota. He aided me in finding a Toyota Rav 4 that was best suited to my needs. He was energetic in showing me the qualities and features of the vehicle. After driving in the car for a few days a sensor came on that stated my tire pressure was not correct in one of the tires. I swung by the dealership and they took care of the issue quickly. The spare was the culprit tire with the incorrect pressure. More

Without a doubt the best car purchasing experience ever. We went in to look at a used (2008)FJ but it sold before we could make it to the dealer. I'd highly recommend this dealership and particularly Doan as a sales person. He's part time (works afternoon/evenings) but it's worth shifting schedules to deal with him. More
