Best Service Ever! I hadn't had a new car in over 12 years, and was worried about the process when I visited Mountain States. Not the stereotypical car salesman experience I dealt with Derek Williamson (Sales guys) at Mountain States Toyota. Super laid back, honest guy. Never once felt pressured. Gave him my wish list for a truck (which they didn't have on the lot) and he contacted me a few days later with the EXACT vehicle I was looking for. I was busy with work, so we did all the negotiating (trade in value, etc) via email and phone. I told him that I wanted to have the vehicle windows tinted as well as the bed liner sprayed in, and he went ahead and had it done the next day, before I ever even committed to buying the truck. That, in my mind, is a sales guy who is committed to customer satisfaction. He will be the only person I ever buy a Toyota from, from now on. More

He made himself available to answer questions and help me with what I needed leading up to the test drive, without being pushy or pressuring me (which would have sent me straight to another dealership).
