This is the second vehicle we purchased from Mountain States Toyota, but it will certainly not be the last. They have a highly professional staff from sales through financing who are all extremely knowl States Toyota, but it will certainly not be the last. They have a highly professional staff from sales through financing who are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the straightforward approach to pricing, which begins with a reasonable price at the outset and avoids what (at least in my past experience with most other dealerships) can become a seemingly endless series of trips by your salesperson back and forth to the "manager" as they seem to negotiate a bottom line price that they most likely knew all along. At Mountain States they avoid this time-consuming "dance" simply by pricing its vehicles right to start with. This no-nonsense approach continues throughout the purchase process and seems to be embraced by the entire dealership. In financing, for examlpe, you feel that the staff is there to help you and answer your questions, not to pressure you into purchasing expensive extended service agreements and other other things you may not want or need, as I have found to be the case at many other dealerships. I did not want to close without commenting on the beautiful state-of-the-art facility that Mountain States built since we purchased our last car in 2007. They are about a half mile south of their old location, but they clearly made the move into the 21st century with their wonderful new facility. Congratulations to Mountain States! I will be looking forward to having our new Prius serviced there in the years to come! More

I was visiting Denver on business and had car problems. WOW what wonderful service. Romny came to the aid of someone in distress. Excellent Response and Service. I would like to extend my appreciation for a painless truck purchase at Mountain States Toyota. The experience started out poorly, as the sales men didn’t seem to want to help me. Robert DeGrassa stepped up to the plate with a very friendly accommodating attitude. I appreciated this. I was converting from a small Pontiac Vibe to a mid-sized trucks. The sales experience was very low pressure and he approached everything in a very educational manner (which as a teacher I appreciated). He took his time to show me a variety of models to make absolutely sure I was in LOVE with the truck I wanted. I had planned on going to another dealership shortly after, but he sat down and did some internet research for me prior to going. I appreciated the ability that he had to show me the FACTs to help me make the best decision for my lifestyle. The work that he put in to me getting the vehicle I wanted, was so appreciated that I decided to purchase the truck. The only negative part was when I was taken to be offered a warranty. Purchasing the warranty required me to extend my Months from 60 to 72 for my loan. I would have liked to be offered these choices prior to getting this far into the process. I felt like I didn’t have much of a choice in the matter. More

We had an exceptional experience buying our 2012 Toyota Highlander with Jason and Mountain States Toyota. It was no pressure to buy (the first time we went in, we told Jason we were not buying that day and Highlander with Jason and Mountain States Toyota. We looked at a few other dealerships, but didn't feel nearly as comfortable with anyone else, so 3 weeks later we returned and bought our car. Jason was also very good at responding to questions via email and worked with us to get a great deal. We also had a great experience going through financing with Matt, he was very friendly and kept the paperwork process moving along. Overall, I am so happy with our purchase at Mountain States, and I will definitely be recommending Jason and the dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car! More
My wife and I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox from this dealer in March of 2012. First the sales rep Mike Ramstetter attempted to do a bait and switch on us for this vehicle. We were in the process of this dealer in March of 2012. First the sales rep Mike Ramstetter attempted to do a bait and switch on us for this vehicle. We were in the process of getting financed through the dealer when I called in and Mike told me the car was sold and the deal was no longer available. Then the very next day he informed me the vehicle had in fact not been sold when I refused to take any other deals he offered. Second, the dealership informed me that since my credit was not flawless (due to identity theft none the less) that the interest rate on my loan from Chase bank would be 21% because of the poor credit score and also stated that 21% is the highest rate allowed by law. So I took that for factual information. As I was signing all the final paperwork, the employee their began to offer me add ons for the vehicle which i declined. Then this same employee asked me if he could lower the monthly payment by so many dollars if I would consider purchasing these add ons. Well at the point, (not knowing that the 21% interest rate claim by Mike was bogus) I obviously was all over it. It was extra products and it lowered the monthly payment. I was even skeptical and inquired about how this was possible to the employee that was finalizing my paperwork, his response was that Chase bank allowed him to do that. Well now I know this was a scam, in reality my interest rate was lower than what was stated to me by Mike Ramstetter so that the dealership could sell me these add ons which benefited the dealership. I could have paid less per month for my vehicle but I was swindled and lied to by this dealership. More
On a freezing February day, Bo warmed up a used Tundra to take us to look at all of the new models on the other side of the lot. He was patient and helpful as we looked through so many Tundra's to find the take us to look at all of the new models on the other side of the lot. He was patient and helpful as we looked through so many Tundra's to find the perfect one. Both Jim and Bo took us through all of the next steps and made it a comfortable buying process.
