From there I was set up with Jim Gallegos, who was very respectful that I was the buyer, not my husband:) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and took the time to ask/answer questions without pressure. We really appreciated that. We left and did a little more research, and set another appointment with Jim the following day. He and the finance guy worked with me to get the pricing that I needed and the deal closed. I also appreciate the thoroughness that Kady Prunk provided when she went through the entire Highlander and explained every feature. I have never had a dealership take the time to show me how everything works before leaving the lot. Usually, once papers are signed they are ready for you to get out the door. I requested a quote from 3 different dealers and Robert with Mountain States Toyota had the best price. Robert was very patient and helpful. Almost every aspect of the sale was handled before I even got to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready to go and I just had to fill out some paperwork. He then took time to explain all of the features of my new car before I was sent into finance with Justin. Justin was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with either of these gentlemen. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone to Mountain States to deal with Robert. I felt as though I could trust him and felt comfortable that I was in good hands. It truly was a pleasure buying my car from Robert. More

The first visit to your store was for a test drive only and that is what my wife and I stressed to Jim. Jim also asked us and I was willing to share what other vehicles I was considering. He shared his information to help us compare vehicles. 2nd Score! What impressed me the most is that I ran into an ex co-worker(working for you) after meeting Jim and he offered to let him take our business since we knew him. BIGGEST SCORE. In all my years of buying cars I have never experienced that willingness to pass up a sale. It took a couple of weeks for me to make up my mind but when I did I came to Jim and Mountain States. The Finance Mgr Steve was very good at expaining everything to my wife and I during the contract phase and we don't normally buy and extra warranty plans but we did this time. I don't remember the young ladies name that helped with programing my blue tooth but she was very nice too. GOOD TEAM! I hope the servicing of my vehicle goes just as well as the purchase. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships and have preferred private garages for a long time to service my vehicles. More

I have been buying parts at Mountain States Toyota for several years now for my truck and have been pleased to find that every time i call for parts, they have them in stock. While prices are typically higher using o.e.m. parts, i have found them to be slightly less than at other dealerships. Gene Silva was the parts associate i have dealt with for the past two days, and he has been most helpful in finding what i need plus honoring the lower price found at another Toyota dealership. I had been looking for a new van for our growing family for over a year but was hesitant to pull the trigger on a purchase. I had become disenchanted with the process of buying a new car and was just about to give up. Luckily for me, I ran into Mr. Doan Vu outside the Mtn States Toyota dealership. Mr. Vu, was very personable and knowledgeable, and was never pushy about trying to make a sell. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated exemplary customer service. From the get-go, I always felt that Doan was looking out for me and working with me to come to a win-win arrangement. Unfortunately, this was not the same with most of the other sales associates I have worked with at other dealerships. I also had the opportunity to work with Mr. Matt Mendez. Matt is another great example of top of the line customer service. Mr. Mendez was very transparent with me in regards to pricing and alleviated much of the frustration / concern I had regarding the purchase process. Finally, I also worked with Justin Radlick to finalize the financing. Justin was great and made a very difficult process look smooth and efficient. I would recommend Matt, Justin and Doan from Mtn States Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
