Drove over 400 miles to get my Tundra Crewmax serviced from Mountain States Toyota because my local dealer didn't have a clue what to do for transmission fluid exchange. They got me in first thing to ensure I would be able to drive out Sunday morning. They performed a true multi-point inspection and found a leaky water pump. Victor Martinez honored my extended warranty with no questions asked. The dealership even got me a rental car so the family and I could go enjoy Denver while they performed my requested service and my newly discovered warranty service. I've been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and this service department is truly impressive in knowledge and customer service. I'll definitely be back to buy my next car here.
