Drove over 400 miles to get my Tundra Crewmax serviced from Mountain States Toyota because my local dealer didn't have a clue what to do for transmission fluid exchange. They got me in first thing to ensure I would be able to drive out Sunday morning. They performed a true multi-point inspection and found a leaky water pump. Victor Martinez honored my extended warranty with no questions asked. The dealership even got me a rental car so the family and I could go enjoy Denver while they performed my requested service and my newly discovered warranty service. I've been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and this service department is truly impressive in knowledge and customer service. I'll definitely be back to buy my next car here. Victor Martinez should be recognized by management/owner as he takes customer service to a new standard...and then some. More
This was my first experience buying a car on my own, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Kenny Many helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I came in to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and left with a used Rav4. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Nick was absolutely wonderful and treated me like a member of his family. Matt worked a sheet up and it was written up before I got there. Matt came down shook my hand and said 'we'll take care of you'. Boy did they ever. Test drove a Highlander, picked one out and continued inside to follow up with the lease/purchase of the vehicle. After it was all said and done, everything going well, the salesman came into the last stop of offices we were paraded around to and stated that this was not their car and we cannot sell it. Really? 3 hours there, signing last of the papers in the finance office, 3 hours later, and the plug got pulled? I looked at the clock and it was straight up 10 o'clock at night, they close at 9, as it was a painfully long time to have to go through all the different offices to finalize the deal in the first place. I was upset before I got this news because of how long the process was taking. I had family there including a 13 year old and have never ever gone through a longer more grueling time frame to get a vehicle than I did here. So..Why or how could the salesmen get the keys and paperwork to a car they didn't own? Why wasn't the car that wasn't theirs put aside or away from them instead of in the for sale lot?? Put the car in the corner out of sight out of the salesmens hands, even deliver it to the other dealership if it was theirs! Why was it even presented to us in the first place? Ok I had had enough and walked out with the salesman saying he would contact us tomorrow. It was late, we were all miserable at 10pm and since it was going to be my wife's car, she was very disappointed at best on the way out of there and riding home as smiles turned to frowns. The next day, NO CALL! Two days later. NO CALL! No sorry, no apology, no lets make it up to you, no nothing. Well, thanks for wasting our time and not following up to make the wrong a right. I thought they were in the business to sell vehicles, not go MIA after a major screw up to very good already so called bought customers. I mean the one salesman (Robert) shook my hand and said 'congratulations on your new car' after the numbers were presented and agreed upon on paper. I know the other name, Sean, just crumbled up a piece of paper and said, 'boy, that was a waste of time'. Way to think of us there guy..and my 13 year old daughter sitting there for hours. At least you're getting paid but sorry for wasting your time. Id never buy from there ever and would Not recommend anyone else doing it either. I understand errors but in my opinion, this is negligent and tells me a lot about how they run their business. To not follow up after 3 hours not even a phone call is incomprehensible to me. Nothing! Got the same vehicle at a lower price from Groove Toyota 3 days later and was treated respectfully, professionally, and in a very timely manner. They were very well put together and knew exactly what to do and I cannot emphasize the distinct difference between the two experiences. If you're looking for a new car/Toyota, I think you know what you need to do. More

My husband and I were looking for a new car for him. Car dealers have always scared me a little bit because like everyone else, I don't like to get ripped off. We live right next to a Toyota dealer and I wo dealers have always scared me a little bit because like everyone else, I don't like to get ripped off. We live right next to a Toyota dealer and I would never set foot in that place because I know what their sister Honda company did to my car when I took it in just for a oil change. But the experience with Mountain States Toyota and Mr. David Cadena was a breath of fresh air. They are the friendliest dealership I have every come across. David is a great guy and I would recommend him anytime if you wanted a Toyota at a great price. He has helped us tremendously and it is safe to say that I will be going back for my own vehicle only to him. More
Upon my visit to Mountain States Toyota I was greated in a very kind manner and asked if I needed any help, at that point I just wanted to look around. I really appreciated that because he was not out to pressure me or stick around and try to hound me on every car I was looking at. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate, he was more interested in what made me happy and what I could afford then pressuring me into a loan I could not handle. That day I sat down with Mr. Cadena and expressed my concerns on finding an affordable vehicle but still riding in fashion. Isn't that what everyone want's!! About two months later he called me with the peerfect vehicle, I could not beleive when he called me and stated they had just received the truck I was looking for and that he actually remembered me. That is customer service, Im sure he see's and meets people every hour of everyday. I went to Mountain States Toyota at about 7pm and was out at 9 pm with our new truck. The process was quick, efficient and state of the art service all around!! A couple of months later I purchased another vehicle and was very satisfied again. This dealership has it all - great prices, people and service! We had done our research and knew the car and price we wanted. After visiting multiple other Toyota dealerships, and becoming exasperated with overinflated prices and pushy salespeople, we drove the extra distance to Mountain States Toyota. We are so happy we did. Our salesman, Doan, was very pleasant and knowledgable. Jason worked hard to get us a fair price and Kady trained me well on the use of all the features in our new Highlander. Facilites are immaculate. We were there on a Saturday and they even feed us a great BBQ lunch! We could not be happier! More
