Car was cleaned very well and services made perfect. The experience was great from the very beginning. They had the truck I was looking for and priced better, by a significant margin, than any of the other 4 dealerships I had looked in to. The sales staff was very helpful and spent the better part of a day working on the trade-in value and running numbers for a variety of financial options we were looking at. It was also a stress free and friendly atmosphere to buy a vehicle. Out of the 4 times I have purchased a vehicle in the past several years, this was the best experience I have had. I never felt pressured and he spent a lot of time with me. Showing me the car that I would like and showing me the car that would best fit my needs, but he really didn't say that. I figured it out. He is a great sales man and I would recommended him to anyone. He was truthful and helpful. Okay, I don't have the best credit in the world. In fact I have one of the worst, so wasn't expecting anything. Especially the service I got. Robert Grzeca was the one who did my financing. Very thorough, And explained things very well. I left just maybe 3 hours and couldn't believe Things went so well and smooth. It's been my experience that buying a car is stressful and fighting with the people and being really stressed leaving. This time it was a great experience and I left being so happy and unbelieving how easy is was for me, someone who doesn't have excellent credit, and I was very satisfied with the rate I was financed at, thinking it more than fair.
