Larry Hall and My experience at Mountain States Toyota was unique; absent were the high pressure sales tactics, and the take it or leave it attitude. Larry Hall and Matt Lind answered my questions directly and listened to my desires regarding the new car purchase. The 2014 Highlander seems to be in high demand, but they gave me a fair price--i.e. true car, edmunds, consumer reports, etc. They also offered me the most for my trade-in, which was $1,775 more than another dealership on Arapahoe Road. We have shopped/purchased at Mountain States Toyota before and will continue to recommend this dealership for a consumer friendly experience. More

Davud Cadena in the sales department is highly Professional and has a great product knowledge and above all is a well rounded individual. I appreciate his down to earth approach. I had always dreaded going to purchase a vehicle but David made it so streamline and personable that I will recommend him to everyone I know. Robert Grzeca is Definitely the "Wizard" in Finance as well as extremly Personable. I really would give him High Marks as an individual !!! Great Dealership overall!!! More

When it came time to help my daughter with her first car purchase we naturally went to Mountain States. We arrived with lots of questions about leasing, new to us but perfect for my daughters future college plans, and Derek met us at the door and politely invited us inside to answer all of our questions. After quickly, professionally and knowledgeably answering our questions he accompanied us while we test drove a Rav4, a Camry, and finally the Corolla we selected. He demonstrated the greatest professional patience, was very personable and funny, and yet knew every answer to every question we had about each car we drove. All on a Saturday night. Jason in finance was equally professional and personable, easily answering every question we had, clearly explaining all the terms, conditions, maintenance, etc. We walked out with the Corolla which my daughter cherishes, and picked it up from Derek, perfect and full of gas, on Monday night. Another great job by Mountain States, which is why we will return. Thanks again, Derek! More

Doan Vu is the best!!!! What a great day it was with Doan Vu! My spouse and myself were walking around bright and early Saturday morning looking at used cars while we waited What a great day it was with Doan Vu! My spouse and myself were walking around bright and early Saturday morning looking at used cars while we waited for the service department to open (my current car was being serviced). As we looked in and out of cars we ran into the friendliest and most knowledgable car dealer that we have ever met. Despite telling Doan that we were there for a service pickup, he still took time out of his potental clients to let us in and out of cars, take test drives and drove us around on the golf cart to make sure we could see all of the cars on the lot. Not to mention we ate pancakes, drank coffee and ate pudding (YUMM!). Anyone who spends this much time giving two random people on a car lot attention deserves our business! We felt comfortable and not pressured at all. I to traded in my car and bought a pre-owned Toyota Rav-4 that day and couldn't be happier. Thanks Doan Vu, my car rocks!!! More

LETS GO PLACES My wife and I went to Mountain States Toyota with 1 vehicle in mind. As we pulled up to the dealership it was almost like they were expecting us the My wife and I went to Mountain States Toyota with 1 vehicle in mind. As we pulled up to the dealership it was almost like they were expecting us the vehicle my wife was wanting was out front. Upon arriving we got out and decided to check out some of the used 4 runners on the lot when Ed Abeyta approached us. Ed was incredibly polite and very professional. Ed listened to what my wife was wanting and showed us a few of the used modules then took us out back and showed us all the new modules they had. We looked at several of the new 4-Runners they had, still remembering the one up front that we knew we liked. Ed took us back up front and took us to the new Gray fully loaded 4 Runner. My wife was extremely excited to see it was the exact interior she wanted. After seeing the 4Runner we decided to drive it and so Ed let us ride and drive while he gave us the break down of all the features the vehicle had. I have never owned a Toyota but they are nice vehicles! After letting my wife drive and Ed show us all the cool features we went back to dealership. Ed took some info down and let my wife and I talk about what we wanted to do. Let me be honest it was a done deal once we seen the 4Runner up front when we had arrived. We never once felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. As we started the buying process I couldn't of been more pleased with how everything panned out. We traded a car in with the purchase of the 4runner my wife cried like she was loosing a friend lol. I since have been telling all my friends to go and give the guys/gals at Mountain States Toyota a shot. Especially ED ABEYTA! ED thank you so much for everything. My wife is very pleased and we couldn't be more impressed with the vehicle. We were out hiking with our dog this morning when we got back to the 4Runner there was 3 people standing around checking out Allies ride. After talking with them they were interested in getting one as well and we gave them your information. Thanks again we have also adopted the Toyota motto "LETS GO PLACES" More
