Incredible Sales Experience I went to the Mountain States Toyota to consider purchasing a new truck to replace my Subaru. I did not intend on making a purchase that day. I met I went to the Mountain States Toyota to consider purchasing a new truck to replace my Subaru. I did not intend on making a purchase that day. I met with salesperson Dennis Dupuis, who showed me several different models on the lot. Dennis completely exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgable about not only the subtle differences in vehicles and options, but also financing and the sales process. I felt very comfortable telling Dennis the needs I had for my new truck. Unlike other sales experiences, he listened carefully and made suggestions on what would fit my needs. Dennis found the perfect truck for me. Like I said earlier, I did not intend on making a purchase that day. I wanted to sell my Subaru privately to avoid getting a bad price for my trade. I told Dennis that I could'nt purchase the truck that day and that I didnt want to get a low value for my trade. Dennis assured me that he could get me in the truck I wanted that day. He assured me that he would get the highest possible price for my trade and get me off the lot spending no more that I had planned on spending. I knew that number, Dennis did not. He said he only needed a few minutes to show me a few offers for my trade and sales price of the truck. Sure enough, Dennis kept his word. I was offered KBB value for my trade and a very attractive price on the Tacoma. I had been diligently combing the market for this truck for months. I was well aware of what other dealerships were offering them for and what I could purchase it for privately. I was unable to refuse the offer Dennis made me. My payments came out to less than what I had anticipated. I cannot thank Dennis Dupuis and Mountain States Toyota enough for making it happen. I walked into the dealership thinking I was going to get the typical run around, sticker shock experience that I have had before. I walked out of the dealership beyond satisfied. I highly recommend doing business with Dennis Dupuis and Mountain States Toyota for anyone looking to buy a new car or truck. If your unsure like I was, just give them a chance, they can make it happen. It really was an incredible experience. More

Doan walked up to with an infectious smile wide across his face and personality to suit. I told him the car I wanted to see and he took us straight to it, opened it up and let us look over it helping with comments where he could. Car was fine, test drive was fine, so back to do the deal. Doan again made us feel valued as a customer, furnished us with drinks and set about the paperwork, this is typically an arduous task, and it was lengthy here too, but everything was prompt enough and again friendly. The fellow that signed papers and transfers was great, job done drove away in our new (to us) car. Really really happy. Thanks. More

Best car buying experience EVER!!! This was my first car buying experience (from a dealership) that I have been through. After shopping around five other dealerships, Mountain States Toyota had me almost in tears with how good of a deal I got. Our salesman, Doan Vu, greeted us in the parking lot before we were even able to make it inside. He is by far the most genuine, good-hearted car salesman I've ever met in my life! He wasn't snake-like or didn't try to force a deal down my throat like most car salesman are notorious for doing. Even my wife fell in love with Doan and the rest of the staff. She particarluly loathes the whole car buying experience due to how fake car salesmen usually are. To top it off, Francois Felloussi (Finance Manager), got me a much better interest rate than I ever thought possible. Both employees were some of the friendliest people we've met since moving to Colorado. We plan on staying in touch with them when it's time to get a new car for my wife. More
